4-Star Hotels in Hefei

The room was spotless, with perfect amenities: underfloor heating, air conditioning, a humidifier, a lush potted plant, and wooden furniture throughout. The bathroom was enormous, with a bathtub and shower. The towels were thick, and the disposable toiletries were of high quality. I loved the rustic yet luxurious feel. The only downside was that both pillows were too soft; most high-end guesthouses and chain hotels like Atour offer one firm and one soft pillow, or latex pillows. Perhaps because it was winter, the welcome fruit was rather ordinary. The restaurant was next door, like a five-star establishment, but the prices were reasonable. The crispy rice with sauce was 38 yuan and tasted good. The service was slightly unprofessional and lacked enthusiasm. The room included many special activities, but the front desk neither introduced them nor reminded us; we had to ask for them ourselves. We didn't even get to try the frisbee, which was a bit of a shame. There's a small lake nearby, perfect for walks. Under the blue sky, the sun was warm, red plum blossoms were in full bloom, and birds were singing—very relaxing. The fishing activity was more interesting than expected; both the children and adults were happy, probably because they caught fish. It would probably be even more fun in the summer.

Traveling with a child, the room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast selection was also quite good. Even though the weather wasn't great and it rained a bit, sitting in the beautiful restaurant didn't dampen our spirits at all. The staff were very warm and helpful, which was a big plus! 👍🏻

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation. The front desk staff are attentive and friendly, making you feel welcome. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and fully functional. For food delivery, they even have robot delivery, which is very convenient and ensures guest privacy. The hotel is right next to Zhonghuancheng shopping mall, making shopping very easy with plenty of snack options. The front desk service is very professional, and check-in and check-out are handled very quickly. The subway access is also very convenient. The breakfast selection is very rich, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes, including a vegetable salad. The chicken noodle soup was excellent, and the fruit was very fresh. The room was spotlessly clean, and the view from the window was also very nice. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The young lady at the front desk was very thoughtful and welcoming. The lobby offers complimentary Huangshan shortbread, coffee, and milk, along with seasonal fruit tea beverages. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location is excellent. Plus, the breakfast was abundant and delicious. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Close to the airport, a taxi ride takes about ten minutes. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming during check-in, not just going through the motions. The environment is very quiet, and the room has good soundproofing; I didn't hear any noise from the hallway all night. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 AM, and the freshly made noodles are delicious. This place is perfect for catching an early flight.

After booking the room, the housekeeper will add WeChat in advance to make arrangements. Any problems during the stay will be handled by the corresponding staff. The breakfast and lunch are really rich, and 2 adults and 1 child can't finish them. Dinner is ordered, and melon seeds and peanuts are also delivered after dinner. It's so comfortable with a cup of black tea. The farm allows free feeding of small animals, boating, swings, slides, and tents. The children made a ceramic bowl and wrote their names on it. Will the meals be more delicious in the future? 😋, after picking vegetables, I took the rice wine sent by the farm home. I will come again next time when spring comes.

The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and shop, with all necessary amenities nearby. Public areas were regularly cleaned, maintaining an elegant and tidy environment, and cleaning staff were always available when needed. All the in-room appliances were in perfect working order, and essential amenities were well-stocked. The value for money here far surpasses other hotels in the same price range. From arrival to departure, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free, with no hidden costs and attention to detail at every turn. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers.

I stayed at the Funley International Hotel in Hefei's Economic Development Zone, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, with Metro Line 7 providing direct access to the hotel. There are plenty of attractions and shopping malls nearby; Huizhou Garden and the Oceanarium are right next door. A two-stop metro ride gets you to Sam's Club, and the Zhengda Plaza and Zhonghuan City offer a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The front desk staff were warm and polite; they even offered bottled water on a hot day. The restaurant's food was delicious, and with three meals included in the room rate, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at.

Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around. Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.
