Shangri-La Hotel Hefei

I originally planned to stay for two days, but I've already extended my stay by three more days! 😂 It's been incredibly convenient for my itinerary. When I'm busy, my child can enjoy the hotel activities, and whenever we need anything, the customer service assistant, Xiao Mao, is always there to help, which gives me great peace of mind. I haven't had a chance to take my child to the hotel pool yet due to my busy schedule, but I hope we can make time for it soon. I also want to try the buffet dinner with my child... I wonder if we'll end up extending our stay again? Next time, I'll have to ask about their long-stay agreements! 😁

Staying at Shangri-La Hefei this time was an excellent choice. As of today, I've now stayed at Shangri-La hotels in Xi'an, Yangzhou, Nanjing, and Hefei. The front desk staff, Xiao Fan, provided warm and efficient service, handling my check-in smoothly and even giving a small gift. The breakfast selection was also quite extensive and definitely recommended! 👍👍👍

Traveling with a friend, and the experience was fantastic! The hotel was able to accommodate our requests in advance. For executive rooms, you can check in at the executive lounge, which is quick, quiet, and efficient. The executive lounge also offered a good variety of food and drinks. The manager was incredibly nice; they introduced us to local Hefei delicacies and recommended places worth visiting. At the end, they even gave my friend and me a hotel-themed souvenir!

The connecting rooms are perfect for a family of four. Hygiene: The hotel is clean. Facilities: There's a children's play area next to the breakfast area. Service: The service was excellent. We woke up late and thought we'd missed breakfast, but the hotel staff specially arranged for us to dine at the executive lounge upstairs. The welcome fruit was also a nice touch. When it rained in Hefei, the hotel provided umbrellas for us to use temporarily. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!

The room environment was great, and the service was very attentive. The gym here is pretty good, and I really enjoyed working out there. The hotel lobby also had a pleasant, subtle fragrance. Overall, it was a good stay.

Staying at a Shangri-La is always a safe bet, and this trip to Hefei was no exception. I chose the Shangri-La Hotel again, and as always, the service was excellent. From the front desk staff to the ladies at the Horizon Club on the 27th floor, everyone was gentle, meticulous, and thoughtful. Truly deserving of its five-star rating.

The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and tidy. The service was attentive, thoughtful, and very welcoming – I was very satisfied. The location was convenient and easy to find, which was great. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay.

I was in Anhui for a factory inspection and booked this hotel with a friend. It offered great value for money. The hotel's location is good, though the room facilities are a bit dated. Breakfast was quite elaborate, with many local specialties.

The hotel facilities are complete, elegant, and grand. It's clean and tidy, with a beautiful environment and thoughtful, attentive service. Truly a five-star hotel. I had a great experience on the first night and extended my stay for another night. Highly recommended.
