Valentina_FrumgartsA wonderful place to relax! Everything is new, very clean, and incredibly cozy. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area.
The staff are very polite, attentive, and friendly. I especially loved the large pool and the incredibly comfortable bed — the bedding and pillows were simply perfect, we slept wonderfully.
Only the most pleasant memories remain. We would gladly come back here again and will recommend this place to friends. Wishing this lovely hotel prosperity and grateful guests! ❤️

Everything was good except the location. Since the hotel is on a hill, the road to the top was very steep, and walking up was very difficult. Although we called and the hotel's jeep came from the main road down the hill to pick us up, the biggest challenge was getting down the hill for any need after going to the hotel. However, the advantage is that they have a free shuttle service. The jeep goes to Ao Nang Beach 5 times a day and picks us up 5 times. But if you don't match the time, walking up is the biggest challenge. The free shuttle is off after 10 pm.
Overall, this hotel is best for relaxation. It is convenient if you can leave at the time of the free shuttle.

JanicejnI absolutely loved my stay at this hotel!
Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway.
Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need!
Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven.
Facilities:
• Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing.
• Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely.
Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

Here are some key points for a quick overview:
* **Top-notch Family Facilities:** The star attraction is the 'Fantasy World' pool area, featuring 5-meter and 8-meter slides, an artificial waterfall, and a lazy river, ensuring kids have a blast. There's also a 'Quiet Zone' pool for adults looking to relax.
* **Location & Accessibility:** The location is very convenient. It's about a 5-minute walk to Nopparat Thara Beach and only 10-15 minutes to Ao Nang Night Market. Restaurants and convenience stores are right outside the hotel.
* **Room Types & Dining:** Family rooms are spacious, and some even have direct pool access. Breakfast offers a wide variety (including ice cream for kids), but reviews are mixed; it can get crowded during peak times, and the coffee and juice are just average.
* **Service & Hygiene:** Staff are generally friendly and professional, but some guests have reported that certain facilities (like restrooms) aren't maintained or cleaned adequately, and occasionally there are small ants in the rooms.
Overall, if your top priority is 'keeping the kids entertained,' this is a fantastic option. However, if you're looking for a romantic getaway or the absolute best value for money, some guests have suggested that there might be more comfortable or private options in Krabi at a similar price point.

TheraTravelHelpful staff and very comfy bedding made the stay pleasant. The location and overall services were great as well. However, the toilet ventilation needs improvement, as the washroom can get quite smelly. Activities from hotel provided with complimentary or paid.

Beautiful hotel in Ao Nang located up in the mountains, surrounded by jungle. The rooms are spacious, wooden, and feel like a little retreat. There’s a shuttle that takes you up to your room, which is fun, but if you want to walk everywhere or walk to the beach easily, this place is probably not for you.
Also, if you’re a light sleeper, keep in mind you’ll hear nature sounds at night. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby though, which is convenient.
The pool is beautiful, but they don’t sell alcohol there, so just know that in advance. Breakfast was okay, maybe 3/5, but the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was really special.

Leeyana Leestayed at BlueSotel Ao Nang last week and had a really great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. The location is also very convenient, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, so it was easy to move around and enjoy Ao Nang.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. I also really liked the hotel facilities and the relaxing environment.
Overall, everything was excellent and I truly enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely recommend BlueSotel Ao Nang to anyone visiting Krabi, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Really beautiful place right on the beach. Several pools. Nice restaurant and amazing breakfast buffet, even for me as a vegan. Our room was nothing special so we spent most of the time at the pool. Many chairs to lie on in the shade. A bit over priced for the Chinese new year holiday. But we really enjoyed it and the staff was very friendly and moved us to a new room after we complained about noisy neighbors. Check-out time is 11am which is a bit early to be honest. But you can still relax by the pool and facilities after checkout.

Guest UserWe stayed in a room with pool access, which helped smooth over some of the shortcomings. The room itself was spacious, with a daybed in addition to the main bed. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. Housekeeping came daily. The staff were courteous. The grounds are small but very lush and green. Everything you need is nearby. The room included a standard set of amenities, and tea/coffee/water were replenished daily.
The main drawback was the mattress – it was terrible, impossible to get a good night's sleep on. The second issue was the complete lack of shelves in the shower. Both the room and the hotel, in general, felt a bit run-down. Breakfast was meager, with queues for omelets/fried eggs. There were only two types of fruit. Everything could have been prepared tastier and more appealingly.
