GGuest UserWe stayed here for just one night while passing through — and that’s honestly the only downside, because we really liked it and would have happily stayed longer.
The staff are very polite and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care and pay attention to details. Everything is thoughtfully designed: comfortable, clean, and very pleasant.
The property consists of several villas arranged around a pool. The pool itself is great — easy access and very convenient to use.
The room doesn’t offer much in terms of cooking facilities, but everything else is perfectly arranged. The bed is very comfortable, with an excellent mattress.
Breakfast is served buffet-style, and the staff carefully maintain cleanliness and order.
It’s also a very quiet and peaceful place.

NNaresh KVThe view of this villa is spectacular and stunning especially with the infinite pool. The villa was clean and perfectly organised.
The location of the place is a bit off as difficulty moving in and out to Ao Nang street provided you follow the shuttle of the villa. Grab usually will not drive up to the hill but can request the shuttle to fetch from entrance at down hill.
The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. No much choices of breakfast for vegetarian.

I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22–24) and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience—especially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day.
I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner.
The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe.
Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. I’m already thinking about coming back!

GGuest UserThe Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location!
The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific!
It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone.
Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay.
Highly recommend!!

GGuest UserWe arrived to our room being sweltering hot. In fact it was cooler outside than it was inside. I understand that with current fuel prices being so high, that they aren’t going to leave the air con all day anticipating our arrival. They offered us a pass to put into the slot so the air con wouldn’t turn off if we left the room, but with our room being at the top of the mountain. I did expect for them to bring it to our room rather than making us treck back down and up again. The room wasn’t clean… shower head was black with mould, when pointed out this was rectified. We upgraded to a room with a bath but couldn’t use it as it leaked and flooded the bathroom when using. We notified the hotel, they sent someone to fix it but no compensation was offered despite paying an extra 5,000 baht for this feature and only being able to use it once.
Breakfast is like a horror show. I can only describe it as horrendous. My advice is save your money and don’t add breakfast to your room rate. Baked beans were cold, French toast was a thin slice of hoavis stuck to the bottom of the metal warmer. Yoghurt had flies in it - the only thing mildly edible was the egg station. Staff at breakfast was incredibly rude… we asked for some ice and lemon for our water, slices of lemon were thrown down at my husband, again notified reception and nothing was done.
This is a Muslim hotel so no alcohol is served at the bar, not a big deal as they allow you to bring in drink from the 7/11 across the road but it’s not really advertised very well.
Pool is lovely and the pool bar staff were nice, the rooms are good and shuttle service was ok. We only had a one issue of it taking half an hour to arrive. It is walkable if you’re fit - unfortunately I couldn’t walk up due to illness so had to wait out the 30 minutes.
Location is good. Ao Nang beach is about 20/25 minute walk but there are free shuttles (one way) offered by the hotel when they feel like it, but Grab Taxi’s are cheap and easy to get. Ao Nang night market is brilliant and about a 15 minute taxi ride away.
Would say it isn’t really worth the money is and more like a 3 star. It could be such a great hotel with improvements. A bit disappointed with it considering it was part of our honeymoon trip and feel we were let down.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the beach, which was definitely a highlight. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were not very friendly and often came across as rude, which affected our stay.
Additionally, the food and drinks were quite expensive and did not match the quality we expected. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience overall.

MMarlé South AfricaReally beautiful place right on the beach. Several pools. Nice restaurant and amazing breakfast buffet, even for me as a vegan. Our room was nothing special so we spent most of the time at the pool. Many chairs to lie on in the shade. A bit over priced for the Chinese new year holiday. But we really enjoyed it and the staff was very friendly and moved us to a new room after we complained about noisy neighbors. Check-out time is 11am which is a bit early to be honest. But you can still relax by the pool and facilities after checkout.
