lj5229363The location is a bit off, but it is very quiet. The hotel can also be easily rented by car. It is suitable for a quiet holiday. The villa has all the facilities and the swimming pool is directly opposite the sea.

It is definitely a good place to stay for five or six days! I feel that it is the most charming residence on Phi Phi Island, with a seaside cabin, close to nature, walking barefoot on the soft and white beach every day, blowing the sea breeze, and directly entering the relaxation and vacation mode. And the hotel is very quiet. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and slowly get up, and then have a perfect breakfast. In the afternoon, you can take a nap in your room semi-outdoors and sit in a daze. Occasionally, a small family of three monkeys will visit your room, take some fruit and run away. The hotel's dining is the most upscale choice on this island. The cocktails are first-class, and the lamb chops are great! The spa is also lovely. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class and enthusiastic. Several employees, such as Ms. Ping, speak Chinese very well👍, and the general manager Mr. Becker can also speak some Chinese! In short, it is a perfect resort on Phi Phi Island.

Guest UserWe stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel exudes luxury and tranquility with a beautiful view. Despite being right in the city center, you wouldn't know it.
Upon check-in, there was a misunderstanding regarding whether our booked room would have a bathtub. After some discussion, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi on the balcony!
The room is fully equipped with all amenities, and drinking water is refilled daily.
The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to give you an unforgettable experience.
There are 3 different saltwater pools and 2 restaurants. You can also order food and drinks via a QR code to be delivered to your sun lounger by the pool.
The breakfast is very extensive and delicious. You can enjoy the view during breakfast both indoors and outdoors. There's also a fitness room with brand-new equipment.
I honestly can't think of anything negative about this hotel, and if we're ever in Krabi again, we will definitely be back!

Elena UsenkoI want to express my immense gratitude to the hotel team and owners for making our vacation truly unforgettable! This was probably the best vacation of my life.
Everything was absolutely perfect! I'd like to start with the grounds – words simply cannot describe how beautiful it is, and how harmoniously it blends into the island's wild nature. The bungalows themselves are very functional and beautiful, with a garden-facing terrace – waking up and having morning coffee there felt magical.
The staff are incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. The breakfasts are excellent – hearty and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The pools are simply magnificent, and the sea is crystal clear, with a perfect beach and a very comfortable, shallow entry.
If I were to visit Phi Phi again, I would only stay at this hotel.
A small tip for future guests: there are mosquitoes and gnats on the island (this is the only tiny natural drawback, not a hotel one). In addition to mosquito spray, be sure to buy a special cream for bites at any Thai pharmacy. It was a lifesaver for us (we always get bitten a lot). The cream relieves itching and discomfort within a few seconds of application – it's an absolute must-have for Phi Phi!
Thank you to the hotel team for this paradise and perfect service!

This was my second stay at this hotel. The front desk attendant who spoke Chinese had a lovely, sweet smile, and all the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were fine, but I do hope for more variety at breakfast. The clear waters and complimentary water activities are a definite plus. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the evening and a stunning starry sky at night.
My only complaint concerns the two-bedroom ocean view pool villa we booked this time. We stayed in room 2302, and the air conditioning vent had a design flaw: it was positioned directly above the main bed, and the noise was so loud that it kept us awake for several nights. We complained to the front desk, and they sent staff to adjust the vent to blow left, right, and upwards, but it didn't make a noticeable difference. We requested a room change, but the hotel was almost fully booked, so they couldn't accommodate us. Our request for an early check-out was also unsuccessful.
To fellow travelers planning a stay: if you're booking a villa, I strongly recommend opting for the upper floor Sala Ocean View Villa. Do NOT book the type I stayed in, otherwise you'll truly regret it – it's a waste of money, and your overall experience will be severely compromised.

It’s quite secluded which is why we picked it. It’s quiet and honestly a paradise. However if you want to do loads of stuff and activities you will need to get a taxi/grab/bolt everywhere, there is very little to do in walking distance and there are no paths to walk for the most part, so it really depends on what you are looking for. They have a small vehicle which goes to ao nang 4 times a day. Once in ao nang (20 mins away) you can get boats to Railay beach, or other islands. It’s busy and touristy in ao nang so the shellsea is a nice escape from this. 20 mins the other way is Krabi town which we preferred, with the mountain monument (highly recommend but only if you are fit!!). A grab/bolt here is about 180baht each way.
The hotel breakfast is lovely with coffees made to order. There is another restaurant which overlooks the beach and sea which is really nice too. The pool area overlooks the bay and is quiet and peaceful. Very well maintained and clean. There are lots of activities on at the hotel if you prefer to stay around the hotel such as Pilates, yoga, Muay Thai, kayaking, etc.
Staff are friendly and attentive.

Very good. As soon as you arrive, a lot of food and drinks have been prepared. You must also experience the breakfast service. Breakfast will be cooked downstairs and there will be a barbecue in the villa. The butler will also help you book various sea tours before going out. Booking a car with a butler is much cheaper than outside! The environment is very good. I went with my friends and the overall experience was great! Recommended! ! !

remmus14Hotel look like palace. I like the room because it's very specious and large balcony.
Hotel is old but very clean. Staff are super friendly. Especially all housekeeping are smiling when we walk pass.
Location is facing beach and easily walk to Oanang Landmark which is street food and night market is there every night with life music on the beach.
The o ly downside is gym is not fancy but very simple.
Nothing like the bad review that we read before we booked. I am glad that we try them. It's all OK here.
