Excellent hotel with a great location. The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for money and a wonderful stay in this hotel at ao nang.. really recommended😘

It's a long read, brace yourselves! We stayed in Vipa Tropical Resort for 5 nights and the trouble started right when we moved in. They showed us to the room, which was the a bungalo next to the pool. It looked nothing like the pictures of the room we booked. So I went to the reception and said ”that doesn't look like our room”. After some debate (we were told that they are fully booked and, in reality, this was an upgrade) they took us to Superior room #113. At first glance, it was the room that we booked, but then... things started to come to light... All firnuture was old and beaten down. Literary! There were bits and whole pieces missing or broken. So I made a complaint to Trip.com and demanded to either manage the situation or get me a full refund. While they promised to resolve the issue whithin an hour, we went out into town and when we got back reception was already closed (not a 24h service), so we went to our room, decided to ”sleep on it”, pulled the cover from the bed... it was stained and the blanket was dirty, like it wasn't changed from previous stay. Another call to support and there was nothing that could do about it, but to offer to wait until morning. We spent the night cramped on the couch. In the morning I went to the reception, called the lady into thr room and said ”I don't care about the furniture, but at least the sheets have to be white and clean and crisp”. She tried to tell me that those are clean, just the laundry that they use isn't doing a good job.... Again, we went out for the day and by the time we got back the sheets were white, clean and crisp. And Trip.com agent offered us some coins ”for the trouble”. After night 4, there was a knock on the door and we were offered to look at the room #114... And it was PERFECT! Just next door. The bed was clean, the furniture was brand new, the shower had strong and hotter water. Why, oh why?!?! Oh yeah, they were fully booked and just moved people around.... Besides, all the trouble, the nature around is stunning. Very green and quiet. And the cliff massively hanging above is nothing but spectacular, but... that's where the good part ends. P.S.: There waa a ”do not disturbe” sign on our door. And yet, when we got back from our day trip, there were towels and TP and two bottles of water sitting on the couch. Quite disturbing, concidering there's no safe deposit box in the room Not going to stay there again.

A hotel in the jungle! Surrounded by lush greenery! Incredible mountain views! Clean pool! The cabin itself is more of a bunkhouse; staying there for more than a day or two is impossible. It's just a mattress on the floor! No wardrobe, table, or other usual amenities. But let's not forget it only costs 1000 rubles. For that price, spending one or two nights there is fantastic 🔥. They even let us check in with photos of our passports because we forgot to bring the originals!

The hotel was good. We lived on A7 room, bear by the lobby and the beach. There were not so many guests, most of people came here only for one day and leave the beach at the evening. Breakfast was good, serving on a terrace. Beach was... normal. Not so many people as at Phuket. There are enough deckchairs, but some of them are ”permanently occupied”. People leave their towels and never come back, staff make nothing to fix it. We saw some monkey one day, they were looking for something to eat in the thashcan. Hotel is good for it's money, but not much things to do around. To do something interesting you have to ride to Tonsai on a boat-taxi for 100-150 bat.

Their helpful recommendations enriched my experience, allowing me to explore Krabi Town with confidence and ease. One of the standout features of Well Timed Hotel is its accessibility. Despite not renting a motorcycle or driving a car, I found it incredibly convenient to navigate the town during the day. With the assistance of the hotel staff, arranging Grab car services was a breeze, ensuring seamless transportation to and from various destinations. This accessibility further enhanced the overall convenience of my stay, providing flexibility and peace of mind. In conclusion, my two-day, one-night retreat at Well Timed Hotel was a serene and convenient experience that exceeded my expectations. From its prime location near the night market to the helpfulness of its staff and ease of transportation arrangements, it's a hidden gem in Krabi Town that offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for discerning travelers.

I stayed in this hotel twice while travelling in and out of Ao nang. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff ( on reception and housekeepers) were kind and helpful. I really appreciated the luggage storage while I was visiting islands. I didn't choose breakfast as there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is about a 20 min walk from the beach and the centre. Everything was good but quite noisy, as my room faced the main street and the walls were quite thin. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

Very clean environment, pick & drop luggage service from Ferry Pier. The best location to stay with a private beach, who wants to go away from the party. Highly recommend for couples and family no need for any deposits at check-in.

I honestly don’t understand the number of negative reviews this hotel gets. Our experience was completely different, we had a fantastic stay. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made everything even better. Yes, the property shows some signs of wear, but that’s normal for beachfront places unless you’re paying for high-end luxury. Considering the price, especially for rooms with a sea view, it actually feels like great value. The view from our room was incredible, the ocean with some greenery in between, peaceful and beautiful at any time of day. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which is essential in Phi Phi), and everything in the room functioned as it should. One thing to keep in mind is that reaching some rooms involves a fair amount of walking, sometimes under direct sun. This can be tiring, especially for people who are not in good physical condition or who are sensitive to heat. It may not be the best option for everyone in that regard. This is not a luxury resort, but it’s a solid, comfortable beachfront hotel that delivers more than fair value for what you pay. Overall, I’d say it’s one of the best options in Phi Phi in its price range, and far more enjoyable than many of the crowded, stuffy places in the center. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best

Great location near shops and restaurants. Very cool to have your own private spacious bungalow but the appearance now looks dated and requires renovation. Facilities were absolutely fine and staff were helpful enough.
