CCK WonggI love the service! Hospitality is amazing I feel it's the one of the best in SEA for a 4 star hotel. Compliments to the staffs that check my room upon check out and found my glasses I forgot to pack. They returned it almost immediately upon check out. Compliments to the guards outside as well, they escorted us especially at night to the other side to get to the mall due to crazy traffic haha ! ****** can be improved with more different table games that has progressive jackpot I.e. paigow, stud poker etc. Too too many baccarat table. Location is perfect for those who wants to stay and experience the local as this hotel is buried in many local residential area unlike Newport. Overall, I will return for another short getaway 🥰

AAnonymous UserMy stay at Lido de Paris Hotel in Manila was a mix of convenience and areas that could use improvement. The location is definitely one of its strongest points — it’s close to major spots in Manila, making it easy to get around. The lobby and common areas have a classic, slightly vintage feel, which adds character. The room itself was decent, though it could benefit from some updates. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, but certain amenities felt a bit dated. Cleanliness was acceptable, though not exceptional. Staff were generally polite and helpful, especially at check‑in. One thing to note is that the surrounding area can be busy and noisy, especially at night, so it may not be ideal for light sleepers. Still, for travelers looking for an affordable stay in a central location, the hotel offers reasonable value.

PPiaoyangguohaideyingThe hotel is located in the Old Town, within the city walls, making it easy to reach all attractions with a 5-10 minute walk. It feels relatively safe. The breakfast isn't really suited for Chinese tastes. Right across the street, after passing through an underpass, there's a large shopping complex with plenty of dining and entertainment options. This is a four-star hotel, so the price isn't exactly cheap.

GGuest UserStayed here 9 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room on the 14th floor and overall it was very good value for money (paid about 2131 AED for the stay). 👍 Highlights Staff – Easily the best part of this hotel. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. That level of hospitality really stood out and made a big difference. Cleanliness – The room was kept clean every day and housekeeping did a very good job maintaining it. Breakfast buffet – Surprisingly good variety. They had fresh omelettes made to order, pancakes, waffles, sausages, bacon, cereals and other options. The flavors leaned more toward Western breakfast styles so it didn’t fully match my Indian palate, but it was still a solid breakfast with plenty to choose from. The Mongolian rice was actually excellent. Location for convenience – The hotel is right in the Binondo / Chinatown area, with plenty of restaurants around. There’s also a Starbucks and a nice café just steps from the hotel, plus an Anytime Fitness nearby. For my work it was very convenient. ⚠️ Things That Could Improve Check-in process – I arrived around 10am hoping for early check-in, but still had to wait until the standard 3pm check-in time, which was a bit frustrating after a long trip. Facilities feel dated – Some things like the hair dryer, TV and especially the gym equipment feel quite old and could definitely use an upgrade. AC issues – The air-conditioning was slightly unpredictable at night. Not a big issue but you could wake up at 4 AM sweating🫢 Room service food – Not great. I ordered a chocolate lava cake that looked nice with two scoops of ice cream but the cake itself was quite bitter. Minibar – Completely empty, which was surprising especially since the hotel takes a 10,000 peso deposit at check-in. 📍 Area There are lots of food options nearby and the location is convenient, but the area can feel a bit rough late at night, so I preferred staying indoors after dark. Final Thoughts Overall I’d say about 3.5 stars but rounding up to 4, mainly because the staff were genuinely excellent and the stay was good value for money. Would I stay here again? Yes — for the value and the staff. I’d just probably skip room service next time.

GGuest UserOur family had an excellent stay at Manila Prince Hotel—truly a memorable experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. From the courteous guards who greeted us warmly upon arrival, to the helpful bell boys—especially John—who assisted us with a smile, the hospitality was consistent throughout. At the front desk, Paulo and Shane ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. Housekeeping, led by Erika, kept our room spotless and comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also enjoyed the dining experience—special thanks to the chef at the egg station for the delicious breakfast. We always felt happy and satisfied every time we stayed here. Previously, Jomar was the one who consistently accommodated us during the breakfast buffet, making everything smooth and perfect. This time, Jimpaul provided the same level of excellent service—attentive, friendly, and reliable—which we truly appreciated. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The service, the food, and the warm atmosphere made our family feel right at home. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back!

GGuest UserStayed at Rizal Park Hotel and it honestly felt like stepping into another era—very Somewhere in Time kind of vibe. The building itself has a lot of character, which makes sense since it used to be the old Army Navy Club (built in 1911), and you can feel that old-world charm throughout the property. Location is a major advantage—right beside Rizal Park, near the US Embassy, and overlooking Manila Bay. Great for staycations, especially if you want that sunset view. Convenience stores are about a 5-minute walk away, and food delivery is easily accessible. We booked a junior suite and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was notably fresh-smelling, which stood out. Bed was comfortable, aircon was cold, and Wi-Fi was fast. The pool area was a highlight—relaxing with a great view of the bay, especially at sunset. The hotel also has a gym and sauna; we were able to use the sauna, which was a nice addition to the overall experience. Most of the staff were friendly, often greeting us with smiles and good mornings/evenings, which made the stay more pleasant. Special mention to Ma'am Jenna from the amenities building—very friendly and accommodating. There were a few instances where some staff didn't greet, but overall service was still warm and welcoming. That said, the building does show its age in some areas. There were occasional noises at night (likely ongoing maintenance or renovations), and some facilities feel dated—TV could definitely be upgraded to a smart TV. We also noticed some ceilings and walls with visible cracks and signs of mold, which could use better upkeep. Breakfast buffet was okay—decent, but not a standout. Overall, still good bang for buck. Best suited for staycations or travelers who appreciate historic hotels with character rather than modern luxury. Would definitely come back.

AAnonymous UserOverall, our stay was pleasant. However, the swimming pool was not operational during our visit due to bad weather. Additionally, the provided slippers were in poor condition, and we had to contact the front desk several times to request replacements. We were also disturbed while sleeping when a staff member knocked on our door claiming we had requested an iron, which we had not.

AAyskoppiThe room was clean and smelled great. Aqua Adventure was free, which made our stay super worth it! The WiFi was decent; it lagged a bit when my partner and I played ML (Mobile Legends), LOL, but it was fine for Netflix, YouTube, and scrolling through other social media platforms. The water dispenser was practically next to our room, so we had no trouble getting drinking water even in the early hours. As for Aqua Adventure, I wish it were cleaner, as there was a lot of moss. The water itself was clean, but the floor was really slippery, and there were many kids swimming there.

GGuest UserLocation was super good. They have already smart tv so we were able to watch Youtube on down time but there's no Netflix account signed in, you have to have your own. The buffet on the first morning was chicken tocino and something that looked like a embutido but on the 2nd morning it was a nice glazed chicken and fish fillet in tausi sauce. Egg station is just the basic. They have some bread selection and salad/dessert. It was a good stay when going around the area and avoiding driving in traffic. 😊

AAnonymous UserI was so disappointed. The shower host from the bathroom was defective but in fairness it was repaired on the 2nd day midnight. And also no rubber bathroom mat (since the bathroom floor tiles is slippery) . They only produce the mat after my sister a pwd has warned them for any accident that she may incurred the front desk will be responsible. While the water heater is not 24 hours based on their post. Water heater resume on my 3rd day stay. The four treadmills at the gym are also not working it is all under maintenance. In regards i think this hotel needs already a fully renovation.
