I chose this slightly more upscale hotel because I was staying with a friend. Although the facilities are a bit old, the service was excellent, and I was able to relax and unwind. Our room faced the ocean. I would definitely consider coming back here.

Went here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The hotel interior is very classy and timeless. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The pool is clean, but better if it is heated. The hotel is promising, and with proper marketing and more social media presence, it will be a great hit.

We loved our stay although it was just 1 night, the place was definitely clean. The bed was comfortable, their hygiene kits are decent, bathroom was clean and tidy. We loved our stay except for the fact that we were not allowed to ask for bottled water on the check-out day.

The hotel is conveniently located near Rizal Park and within walking distance of Intramuros. The interior and rooms are beautifully decorated, elegant, and spacious. The front desk staff are very friendly and there are Chinese signs available. It would be great if the gym could add more equipment.

It's a 30-minute Grab ride from the airport if there's no traffic. The hotel is in a historical building, and you can really feel its grandeur in the lobby, hallways, and staircases. However, while it's near the coast, the surrounding area isn't very clean, so I wouldn't recommend walking around. A 5-minute Grab ride to Robinson Place will get you everything you need: a supermarket, a drugstore, and restaurants. The pool on the 4th floor has a great view and is easy to use as it's not crowded. The breakfast buffet is about average. Intramuros is also about a 5-minute Grab ride away.

Service staff are nice especially the front desk but the housekeeping team can be improved in terms of the quality of cleaning that they provide for daily room cleaning service. It is not very much at par with other 4-star hotels in the country.

This was a great hotel, the staff here was amazing and friendly. They took care of my every request, and need. The hotel was very clean, and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious, and extravagant. They had a wide variety of dishes, there wasn’t any western food though but I didn’t mind, everything else tasted phenomenal. I will certainly be back at this hotel next time I visit my wife again.

The hotel has a very European feel to it, and the crystal chandeliers are beautiful. The facilities are a bit old, but clean. The location is convenient for watching the sunset over Manila Bay. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic! 😃
