3-Star Hotels in City of Manila

After walking around Manila all day, we really appreciated coming back to a clean shower and a comfortable bed. It made a huge difference in how enjoyable the trip felt.

The hotel has clean washing machines and dryers for laundry. Starbucks is just next door and Robinsons Place Mall is a few minutes walk away. It is convenient to travel to anywhere by Grab taxi. The chill and roof deck are nice places to hang out. Security is good. We feel safe in the hotel.

I recently stayed at City Garden Suites and would like to share both a commendation and some constructive feedback regarding my experience. First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the system—she actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression. On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered. The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to. On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel. I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates twice, but the staff at Hop Inn Hotel were very kind and understanding. They processed my cancellation and refund for free without any hassle. Excellent customer service, smooth communication, and very accommodating staff. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again!”

room was clean. but they don't have cleaners for everyday routine. have tv with Netflix ♥️. the food was great, we love it with my partner near from malls. Good staff too. bad side - it's not sound proof. mean- you could hear all the foot steps outside the corridor maiingayan ka talaga lalo na mga mag check out ng bandang 9pm to 6am apaka ingay. kung tamad ka gumising ng 8 wag kana dito kasi breakfast is about 7-10am so madami na kakain sa dinning area. maingay sa corridor if your room is in 3rd floor

Booked this hotel for one night. Overall, it was okay, but nothing special. The room actually looked different from the photos on Trip. There was no soap in the room, or the dispenser wasn't working. The AC was noisy, but it was very stuffy without it. There's a window. The bed was a bit hard, and there was no duvet, just some kind of blanket without a cover. On the plus side, good water pressure, running water, and two towels. The staff were generally friendly; they stored our luggage after check-out and covered it with a net. Breakfast was decent and included in the price. Overall, this hotel is fine for a one or two-night stay—it's pretty average, nothing outstanding. For the price, it's acceptable.

Accommodated my change of plans and helped me sort it out. In the end, i got an upgrade! Good location, convenient and near city attractions. Helpful staff. I got a good room too.

Our stays here are always enjoyable and smooth, which is why I always choose this place for my staycations when I come home to the Philippines.

So, i came to manila alone. Hoping to have a good time. Spent 28 days in this hotel and explored the surronunding areas. By the end of the trip i met my babae and we where having a good time. Long story short... the hotel was well worth the money, as the view was great and my girl got pregnant. So, its a lucky room i guess too. You pay for all the amenaties. That was one down point but other than that it was fine and i had good nights/late night fun.. come and try it for yourself.
