4-Star Hotels in Makati

Хочу написать отзыв об этих аппартаментах. Потому что у них нет совсем отзывов. Всего 3!! Хотя народу живёт полно. Сама квартира удобная, есть все необходимое, все электроприборы на кухне, посуда ( только не нашли нож) , большой холодильник.,Уютная, чистая. В ванной стиральная машина, полотенца только 2 больших. Для ног нет и это большой недостаток!! Выходишь чистый из душа и наступаешь на не чистый коврик при унитаза 💀 постельное белье неглаженное и сразу приходят мысли.. Оно неглаженное или мятое после предыдущего клиента (( И самый главный минус это ТАРАКАНЫ 💀💀 Если бы я знала о них, я б в жизни никогда не заброниросслс эти аппартаиенты!! Ещё непонятки с этими апартами. Называются они не как на сайте, а Air Residences. Еле их нашли с помощью сотрудника GRAB такси в аэропорту, по адресу. Потом была проблема попасть по коду в номер. Хозяйка не сказала, что сначала надо нажать на цифру 5 , разблокируется замок и только потом вводить код. Мы первый раз жили в аппртах, поэтому не в курсе были схемы. Для людей кто часто ими пользуется это было понятно. Поэтому мы уставшие с дороги 1, 5часа не могли попасть в квартиру ((

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at The Alpha Suites Makati We stayed at The Alpha Suites Makati for 11 nights and enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by 4 more nights. Value for Money – 5/5: Excellent price for the quality you get. Cleanliness – 5/5: The room was cleaned every day and always well maintained. Location – 5/5: Quiet area but close to malls and restaurants. Having a supermarket in the basement was very convenient. Facilities – 5/5: The suites have everything you need, and the staff gladly provide anything that's missing. Service – 5/5: Friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We had noisy neighbors one night, but after calling reception, security resolved the issue quickly. The only small downsides were the loud air conditioner and an occasional cigarette smell in the room. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!

I had a really pleasant stay with my friend! This was my second time staying here, and once again, the hotel didn’t disappoint. The front desk staff and housekeeping were amazing as always. They were all so warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. I originally booked a Standard Twin room with no view, but they kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Twin with a partial city view. They also upgraded my room during my first stay, which made me feel like a valued guest and is something I truly appreciate. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the in-room hot tub. The only downside was our experience with one of the pool attendants. We went for a sunset swim around 5:30 p.m., and unfortunately, he seemed irritated when answering our questions. His attitude made us feel like we were being policed rather than welcomed as guests. It was disappointing, especially since every other staff member we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. I hope the hotel can provide additional customer service training to ensure all staff deliver the same level of hospitality. Overall, I had another wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!

good quality hotel. allot of ladyboys rooming around the area if you are into it, I'm not. my friend suggested this hotel but he didn't know this area is full of ladyboys. again, if you are into it, this area is for you . the service at the hotel is generally good.

We loved the hotel’s colonial-style decor. The staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, and the city views were wonderful. The hotel restaurant was convenient too. The neighborhood was interesting—quiet during the day, with extremely vibrant nightlife at night for all tastes. We weren’t seeking the nightlife but weren’t bothered by it, though we stayed cautious about safety.

As a resident of upmarket Makati, this is where I book family when they visit. Rockwell loosely resembles a kind of sovereign enclave within Manila, thanks to its security, excellent gym, and the Power Plant Mall just across the road—while still being moments from everything Makati has to offer.

I arrived in the Philippines late at night. My phone was dead, so I asked the front desk to charge it for me, but they didn't even plug it in. They also wouldn't let me use any of the outlets in the lobby. I needed a room card, but to get one, I had to contact the landlord by phone from the front desk. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the check-in process, leading to over an hour of frustrating communication at the front desk. The front desk staff didn't seem very friendly. The room was quite small, and while the city view from the upper floor was extensive, it evoked mixed feelings. The room's amenities were basic, but the cleanliness was good. The dual balconies in the L-shaped corner and the evening breeze offered some small comfort.

Quite spacious hotel. And walking distance to greenbelt, glorietta and sm makati. Hope next time give 2 keys because a bit troublesome I need to wake up my husband to help me lock the door or need both of us together go out. But overall stay is very good. Very comfortable to stay.

on my 1st day I enjoy the stay however I never see the agent on the day of my arrival and we only talk directly in viber . But then I received a violations because access card is non transferable and shareable so every time you have guest coming you need to pick them up at the lobby . but that`s my struggle been busy with my daughter bday event and I Violated the house rules of the hotel. But the end of 2 days stay I unable to to rest after getting the paper and talk to all the officer . I`m thankful that one of the PMO office assisted me and send email for waiver .On the bathroom the sink and bowl toilet bowl is very old they have shampoo and body wash but no tooth paste and brush or slippers . AC is old type model and because of that the AC water drip on the floor which cause damage the floor. The agent assigned to my booking is difficult to get in touched and delayed reply. I was not inform there`s bigger pool that require one day reservation because during our stay it`s been raining due to typhoon / habagat hoping that adult can able to swim on deep big pool. There`s indoor pool for kids. No play room for kids . I`ve learned my lesson . I will Still recommend this place .
