This was my sixth visit to Citadines Makati over 2.5 years, making a recent incident especially disappointing. I found my room's bedsheets unchanged, stained, and with hair. Staff offered a room upgrade, but the resolution took nearly an extra hour of waiting. For a loyal guest, this failure in basic hygiene and the prolonged inconvenience have severely damaged my trust in the property.

The receptionist had some kind of instructions attitudes against me, They didn't have the same attitude with East Asians and western guests. And I paid a lot of money for the view and my room window was dirty.

Everything was good, and the service was excellent, though there was a slight odor in the room when I first walked in. Overall, it was great. The room itself was fantastic, it had everything: a microwave, utensils, and an oven.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel staff were accommodating and attentive. The breakfast selection was good, and the location made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Really good room. Only had issues with hot water. The breakfast is really good too, almost cafe style. Gym and pool were nice too.

There was nothing not to like. Clean, comfortable and great staff. A stones throw to Greenbelt. In a nice part of town too. Highly recommended
