3-Star Hotels in Makati

Hotel was really nice and modern with excellent bathroom and friendly staff! Easy to get to airport from in morning as grab is less than £5 and just 30 minutes away. Be aware hotel is on edge of red light district so some interesting characters hang round outside late at night but street is busy enough still feels safe

Very pleasant hotel. While the room and bathroom were small, it was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice. The hotel is in a good location, as good as it gets in Manila! On the downside, I didn't like that the hotel charges extra for early check-in or late check-out. In other countries, it's not a problem if someone shows up two hours early.

My second time visit in Manila and second time stay with Lub D, it offers great location to visitors who wants to stay around Makati. Just beside the famous Burgos Street, lot of bars, pubs, 7 eleven, outdoor dining areas. It has large reception on second floor with some fun activities, high speed internet, lounge for hostel guests. Really loved their friendly environment. Gonna stay here again if i’m coming to Philippines for 3rd times.

+ nearby resto, cafe and stores. Staff are nice. They have a lot of parking spaces. Smooth check in and check out process. - It’s pretty basic. We booked it for an event we’re going to. The pool is small and looks nicer in the photos. Wifi is not that reliable - my child is watching youtube and it kept on getting interrupted. I’m also working but had hard time connecting to some sites and tools. The faucet is faulty (physically falling out). They don’t have in house restaurant.

It was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating. The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside) The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy. We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

My stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.

This is my second time staying there and the place is really worth what you pay. The clean room is a very comfortable bed. I will definitely come back.

The location is very near to where my business in Makati is. Restaurants, Malls and even convenience store is just outside the property. Very convenient. Hotel staff is also friendly.
