Citadines Salcedo Makati

Our stay at Citadines Salcedo Makati was an excellent experience. The property offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and modern design. Its location in Salcedo Village is ideal — peaceful yet close to many restaurants, cafés, and business areas in Makati. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool and restaurant, were all well-maintained and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Citadines Salcedo Makati provided an exceptional experience for us, and we look forward to returning soon.

The breakfast was disappointing. Since the restaurant was under renovation, the food appeared to be sourced from outside and did not meet expectations. The fruits served were spoiled and inedible, and the fish was not fresh at all

The hotel is well located and the staff is very welcoming, nothing to complain about on that point. However, the room was disappointing. After just a few steps and rolling our suitcases, the floor was already covered with visible marks. There was also a strange smell in the room, like it was closed for a long time, with a moldy odor. In the evening, an alarm kept making beeping noises for no clear reason. On the second night, the air conditioning started making loud water or fountain-like noises, which was very disturbing.

All was great the staff was so kind and helpful highly recommend ! Great size room great location good price.
