GGuest UserVery nice and comfortable hotel. After a long flight, we were happy to say we had a very very good sleep. We only woke up at 5.14am thinking we overslept but Hokkaido summer is here and sunrise is around 4am! We love the Onsen and its cleanliness. The staff were helpful and attentive. They sent us extra pillows very quickly. This hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the JR station. Use the north exit - you'll only see the North Exit sign when you exit either East or West ticket gates. We had to find the sign and even the staff gave us the wrong information!

GGuest UserThe triple room was a bit cramped, but with some clever rearranging, it worked out great. The bathroom's odor extraction and dehumidifying features were surprisingly powerful, and I have no idea how they managed it since there's no visible switch or noise. Every day, I'd head to the second-floor hot spring bath; it was so relaxing and never crowded. Just remember to bring your room key to scan for entry. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Hokkaido University, offering beautiful and pleasant views. We even found a university supermarket next to the campus cafeteria with delightful prices for souvenirs and food, where I snagged some limited-edition Sapporo Agricultural College egg tarts! The hotel's surroundings offer excellent transportation links; it's less than a ten-minute walk to the JR station's North Exit and Daimaru Department Store.

Dining & Leisure · Varied Breakfast: A rich selection that ensures a satisfying start to the day. · Onsen Facilities: The hotel offers hot spring services (not experienced this time). ⛄ Travel Experience · Thanks to the hotel's prime location, we easily visited Ōdori Park's Christmas tree and enjoyed playing in the snow. · The nearby underground shopping arcade made for a compact and fulfilling shopping and sightseeing itinerary. GGuest UserLoved that the hotel allows guests with tattoo to use the onsen though this wasn’t made known explicitly with written signs. Hotel was located at the end of Tanukoji so it’s a distance from the main area although still walkable. Note that the bathroom doesn’t have a space to put your dry clothes and you will have to wear it outside unless you do not mind the bottom of your pants getting wet. Not very convenient for mix gender groups even though there’s a blind you can draw but still be visible from the mirror reflection. Room was located in the annex building which has alot of stairs so not that convenient for elderlies too. Overall, decent hotel but recommended only if you have no issues walking or are driving.

CChiayeeGreat location convenient to go to Sapporo Station and even walk to Odori, afew convenience stores nearby. Check in was smooth, staffs were nice and friendly, able to store luggage before check in and after check out. This room i booked is spacious enough to open up 2 big luggages and still have enough space to walk. Amenities were great, even have a full skincare set, brand of the skincare and soaps used were DHC, first time use hotel shampoo and conditioner that made my hair so smooth dont even need hair oil 🤣

AAnonymous UserI stayed here for an ARASHI concert. When I booked, there weren't many hotels left. This one had a decent location, and at the time, the price was relatively affordable, even though it was still just under 2100 yen for one night. Facilities: The hotel is 30 years old, but I found the facilities to be perfectly adequate. Plus, there's a nice vanity area outside the bathroom where you can sit and get ready. The room itself was also quite spacious. Service: The service was very good. When I booked, there were no non-smoking rooms available, but I emailed the hotel, and they said they could prepare the room for me with a smoke-free treatment. Indeed, there was no cigarette smell when I checked in.

GGuest UserEverything exceeded my expectations, it was fantastic. The food selection was incredibly rich and delicious. The views were first-class. The room was large, and although it showed its age, you could still appreciate its former glory. There were three hot springs, and I absolutely loved the outdoor one; submerging my body in the warm spring water while my head felt cool and clear was so refreshing. Highly recommended. The facilities are what you'd expect from a well-established star-rated hotel, and the location is absolutely prime, making it convenient to get anywhere. The night view from the upper floors is particularly beautiful. You can pretty much book this place without a second thought. Once again, I applaud my hotel-picking skills!
