4-Star Hotels in Sapporo

I'll give the superb bathroom and shower facilities 10 stars if I could. Beats a lot of 5 star hotel bathrooms hands down. They have a good breakfast spread as well, and many amenities. The ice cream vending machine sells delicious ice cream too. Location is great, though you still need to cross an uncovered section of a road to Sapporo station area. Lots of good food and convenient shopping nearby. My only gripe is the layout of the room doesn't allow for large suitcases to be opened conveniently. I have to open my suitcase near the entrance, beside the bathroom.

The location is great, right next to Tanukikoji, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Don Quijote. Facilities: There's a hot spring, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There's also a self-service laundry, but it only accepts coins, no electronic payments. Cleanliness: It was very clean and tidy; I had a comfortable stay. Service: We arrived at the hotel at 2 PM and were told we could store our luggage first, but check-in wasn't until after 3 PM. We dropped off our bags and went out to explore. We came back after dinner to pick up our room key.

Good location as the hotel sit at the town area. However there will be no daily housekeeping provided, we need to put all rubbish and towel to be changed outside the bedroom and the staff will replenish the same to us and we can collect it when back to hote

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

The location is fantastic! You can access Tanukikoji shopping street directly from the back door, and it's a short walk to places like the prefectural office. The room was spacious, and the breakfast curry rice was delicious, especially with an onsen egg (mostly because Hokkaido rice is so good!). Coming back after a day out and having a soak in the large public bath on the top floor was incredibly relaxing.

This hotel is incredibly close to Sapporo Station. If you exit from the North Gate, it's basically just two blocks away. The self check-in process is super convenient. While it's a bit further from the Namboku and Tozai subway lines, it's very close to the JR line. It's also right next to Hokkaido University, which is great for a quiet stroll, afternoon tea, or even a meal at the university cafeteria. If you want to hit the shopping streets, you can easily walk from Sapporo Station all the way to Odori in about 15 minutes.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It's a slightly awkward distance — a bit too close for a taxi but not ideal when carrying luggage. It is also located in the opposite direction from popular attractions such as APIA and Odori Park. The room was generally clean & tidy, and the facilities were excellent, including the spa and rooftop observation area. I enjoyed the view from the higher floor. Housekeeping was also good. However, there seemed to be dust in the air, which caused frequent sneezing and a runny nose for one of my family members with allergies. One small suggestion would be to provide two complimentary bottles of water daily rather than replacing toothbrushes every day. The laundry facilities were also quite limited, with only three machines available, so waiting times could be long. A special mention goes to the FamilyMart G/F, which was very convenient. The staff there were also exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Despite language barriers, they always made every effort to communicate and assist us with our requests. Overall, a comfortable stay with great facilities and excellent service.

The hotel room is spacious, and the location is excellent. After leaving Nakajima Park, you can reach it by walking straight along the main road and then turning right. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to JR Sapporo Station. The Executive View Room provides great views, and the room is so large that you can fit as many large suitcases as you need without any problem.

Everything exceeded my expectations, it was fantastic. The food selection was incredibly rich and delicious. The views were first-class. The room was large, and although it showed its age, you could still appreciate its former glory. There were three hot springs, and I absolutely loved the outdoor one; submerging my body in the warm spring water while my head felt cool and clear was so refreshing. Highly recommended. When I checked in, I received Chateraise Baumkuchen. The hospitality felt truly luxurious, like a proper hotel experience. The spa was spacious, and the open-air bath in the snow was absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much! I'd love to visit again in the summer when the outdoor pool is open.
