Guest UserThe new Chinese-style national aesthetic is on point, and this stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel perfectly blends modern luxury with oriental elegance.
The lobby and corridors offer a new beautiful view at every turn. Floral arrangements featuring gardenias and magnolias are complemented by lotus art installations, Tang Dynasty sancai pottery, and carved lacquerware. National aesthetic details are everywhere, making it a great spot for photos.
Our twin room had a well-designed layout. The bedding was soft and clean, and the bedside wall lamps provided gentle lighting. The chaise longue by the window, paired with double-layered curtains, offered excellent blackout and soundproofing, making it comfortable for both napping and working. The built-in wardrobe at the entrance was thoughtfully designed, providing convenient storage for luggage and clothes.
The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, a smart toilet, and a shower with stable water pressure. The entire room was meticulously cleaned.
The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are well-maintained. It's suitable for both business trips and city getaways. It's definitely on my re-book list, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a new Chinese-style aesthetic.

Guest UserThis hotel was the most satisfying for our self-driving trip. The free parking lot had plenty of spaces and allowed for easy in-and-out access, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our car. The entire room was equipped with brand-new smart devices that were easy and convenient to operate, and the hot water was instantly available and maintained a stable temperature. The surrounding area had a dense concentration of night markets and restaurants, making it very convenient to go out for food in the evening. The room was clean and tidy, and it would be hard to find a better option at a similar price point.

Guest UserIt’s a really convenient location that’s within a 5 min walk to the subway station entrance and next door they have a luckin coffee in the Maoye building. The suite room was very big and had a good view of the city and Qing nian street. The room was tidy and they provided soft slippers and robes. Service was great and they would bring our takeout orders to the door. Their fridge was stocked with their own tea bottles, Coke, and 2 bottles of water. They also had their own 2 bags of drip coffee and loose leaf teas. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and we’d recommend Atour hotel.

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

Guest UserI previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience.
It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang.
Just a few minor suggestions:
The navigation location isn't very accurate.
The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable.
The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best.
I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better.

Guest UserAs a loyal Atour member, I've stayed at many of their hotels in various cities, and the one at Shenyang Station West Square did not disappoint. It has that familiar bookish ambiance, the familiar scent, and the familiar comfort – the bed was as comfortable as ever, the shower was great, and the pillow selection (soft or firm) was perfect. What's even better is that while maintaining Atour's consistent standards, this particular branch boasts an exceptional location (right next to the train station). The front desk staff were warm and professional, always ready to assist. If you're a loyal Atour guest, or considering trying Atour for the first time, this hotel is definitely worth choosing.

I accidentally saw this hotel on the website while traveling alone. The hotel room facilities are very new. The functional areas are well planned and the circulation design is excellent. The sound insulation is also great. I am the kind of person who wakes up at the slightest sound, but here Sleep till dawn in hotel
There are many shopping malls near the hotel and it is very convenient for travel. When I checked in, the front desk service was great and asked me if I had any plans before driving. The hotel is equipped with above-ground and underground parking lots. I heard that I was traveling and specially sent me a copy of the Shenyang Railway. The overall service of West Travel Guide is very warm and very satisfying👍

Let's start with the positives: The hotel has its own underground parking, which is convenient for self-driving, but spaces are very tight. If you come back late in the afternoon, even the aisles are packed, making it a struggle to find a spot. The breakfast spread is quite rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, so you can eat to your heart's content. The room itself is spacious, and the soundproofing is exceptionally good; you can't hear a peep from the hallway or the next room. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and they even provide both soft and firm pillows, making for a great night's sleep.
Now for the annoying downsides: The entire building is over thirty floors high, with the hotel occupying floors 1 to 18. The upper floors are all talent apartments with a large number of long-term residents, so the elevators are constantly crowded. We stayed for three days, and on two of those days, we waited more than ten minutes for an elevator, only for it to arrive full and impossible to squeeze into, which really wasted a lot of time getting around. Additionally, the air conditioning only has cooling and heating modes, with no dehumidifier function. It was rainy and humid during our stay, and while the room wasn't hot, it felt stuffy. Having a dehumidifier would have made the stay much more comfortable.
Overall, the hardware and the food/accommodation are decent, but the elevator situation and the AC really detract from the experience.

KenibiHotel is well located next to Middle Street, the main pedestrian shopping street of Shenyang. The metro station exit is also right there. There are many eateries and convenient stores around the hotel. There is also a laundry room on the top floor, but only 1 washing machine.
