Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Shenyang. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to rest well after a long day. The environment was quiet, and everything felt well taken care of. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, great value for money. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Overall, it's pretty much like the pictures, just not quite as spacious as it appears. The location is super convenient; the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a night market right downstairs, so food is easily accessible. The soundproofing from the windows is excellent, not noisy at all. The room also has a great, open view. The only downside is that showering isn't very convenient, as the hot water only lasts for about ten minutes or so. Apparently, all the water heaters in these apartments are like that, which is fine for a quick rinse in the summer. The furniture and facilities are a bit dated, and the cleanliness is just okay, but you get what you pay for. The main issue for me was the air freshener in the room; it really bothered me. My rhinitis makes me very sensitive to these kinds of scents, and I couldn't stand it at all. All in all, if you're looking for good value for money, it's a decent option.

The room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window. What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:- 1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour. 2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there. The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

We were three adults and five children and booked this eight-person family suite. The two-story suite was spotless. While it didn't have a washing machine, the host was incredibly accommodating. Upon learning of our need, they went out of their way to come over after 10 PM to help us spin-dry our clothes, which we deeply appreciated. The guesthouse's location was incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around via the subway. Definitely recommend.

I stayed on floor 29 th. From the room I can see the beautiful view of the road below . Impressive view of Shenyang both in the morning and at night also. The room has area about 35 square metre approximately. Spacious room and well decorated beautifully. I feel comfortable to stay in the room for a long time . The facility in the room has quality as same as a 4 star hotel. Very big shopping mall ( new opening in year 2026) is very near on first floor to fifth floor . Subway station is on basement floor or B1 floor ( less than 100 meters ) Jinrong Zhongxin subway station ( Financial center metro station , Line 2 , Exit D ) This is the best location in Shenyang city , but I can pay in budget price ( great value for money ) not expensive , but convenient and comfortable. So I wish to stay only here again in the future if I travel Shenyang . From ShenyangBei ( Shenyang North) railway station I walk about 900 meters to the hotel on building C2 ,floor 29 . But you can come to hotel by subway line 2 ( just one stop only ) from ShenyangBei Zhan station to JinRongZhongXin station . Less than 3 minutes by subway ( only 1 stop )

The location is great, very close to Shenyang Station, which is super convenient for anyone catching a train from there the next day. There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so the basic amenities are pretty well covered. The room facilities are also quite complete, offering good value for money.

On a cold freezing night when my previous apartment cancelled abruptly for some weird reason, I got into this hotel at a last minute decision. The owner herself greeted me. Her English name is Nancy and she's quite friendly and welcoming. On the first impression, the room is basically an apartment and not a typical hotel. For all foreigners, to put it simply, it's like an Airbnb concept. It wasn't clean initially but being the first night, I let it go. The wifi isn't good and the shower was inconsistently changing from hot to Cold by itself. However, next day, thanks to trip.com and the owner, we solved most of the problems. Once again, for foreigners, be prepared to have a bad day with the internet. Use your mobile data instead. The shower was great when fixed. The hotel cleaned up the room. Overall, if it's for a day or two, I recommend this place be it solo or with your partner/travel mate. The location is also convenient and close to Shenyang north station. 😁 I do hope to make a reservation again. What a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff and thank you for your service.
