The lady at the front desk had a great attitude! She gave us two free lattes and even gave our two kids some souvenirs! Plus, she enthusiastically recommended some fantastic restaurants! Amazing! Delicious! Thumbs up! 👍

[Thoughtful Service] 24-hour butler service: A special thanks to the laundry lady. I left a note asking for my clothes to be tumble-dried, and when I went to pick them up, she had already folded them all for me – so kind! She always greets me with a smile, and even helped bring extra blankets in the evening. So heartwarming!☺️

Overall, it was a good stay. There was a mix-up between the butler and front desk regarding whether I was staying on the 5th or 6th floor. My only complaint would be about housekeeping. They told me they'd clean my room while I was at breakfast, but to my surprise, they'd already cleaned it by the time I got back.

The room was clean and the service was good. The location is also great; it's about a 10-minute taxi ride to various attractions, and very close to Shenyang North Station. Lao Beishi is right next door. The shower pressure was excellent too. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and fantastic, with excellent soundproofing. The bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotion. The only minor drawback was the lack of a light at the desk, making it a bit dark. The gym was amazing, even equipped with weightlifting machines, and the treadmills had wireless charging! On the same floor, there was also a free self-service laundry room, and you could check machine availability directly from your room. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

Facilities: I booked this hotel through Ctrip's 'Family Travel' recommendations, but it has no family-friendly facilities at all. The so-called 'kids' play area' is just a building block table in the lobby. There were no bed rails either. Hygene: TERRIBLE!!!! There were hairs on the bedsheets in several rooms we checked! And even worse, they were using all the high chairs in the restaurant to dry their dishcloths!! This is absolutely outrageous. Children have low immunity, and those cloths are full of germs, yet they were drying them right on the high chairs. Unbelievable! See the pictures. Service: Because there were hairs on the bedsheets in our room, we asked for a new set of bedding. They replaced it, but then just left the old sheets by the window in the room. It was only after a while that a staff member seemed to realize and came to collect them. Furthermore, the room attendant was a young man. I'm not trying to be discriminatory, but it was really inconvenient. When he came to change the sheets, I was in a camisole nightgown and quickly had to put on a jacket when I saw it was a male. We had to take down our drying underwear every morning. This is the first time I've encountered a male room attendant, and it's just so impractical.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was quite good. There's also a play area for kids in the lobby, making it very suitable for families. It's not far from the attractions, quite close to Xita, and there are parking spaces right in front, which is very convenient.

The hotel facilities are new, but the hygiene is a bit poor. There was a contact lens in the toilet, and later I found a lot of curly hairs on the yoga mat...
