The service staff were all incredibly warm and polite throughout my stay, and they responded to requests very quickly. As a member, I even got a free upgrade to a quiet room on a higher floor. They also thoughtfully provided me with a local food guide.

Overall, it was good. It was pretty quiet, and the breakfast was fine. The only thing was a small stain on the sheets that wouldn't come out. I just made do and slept. The room wasn't huge, but it was acceptable.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel has its own underground parking, which is convenient for self-driving, but spaces are very tight. If you come back late in the afternoon, even the aisles are packed, making it a struggle to find a spot. The breakfast spread is quite rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, so you can eat to your heart's content. The room itself is spacious, and the soundproofing is exceptionally good; you can't hear a peep from the hallway or the next room. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and they even provide both soft and firm pillows, making for a great night's sleep. Now for the annoying downsides: The entire building is over thirty floors high, with the hotel occupying floors 1 to 18. The upper floors are all talent apartments with a large number of long-term residents, so the elevators are constantly crowded. We stayed for three days, and on two of those days, we waited more than ten minutes for an elevator, only for it to arrive full and impossible to squeeze into, which really wasted a lot of time getting around. Additionally, the air conditioning only has cooling and heating modes, with no dehumidifier function. It was rainy and humid during our stay, and while the room wasn't hot, it felt stuffy. Having a dehumidifier would have made the stay much more comfortable. Overall, the hardware and the food/accommodation are decent, but the elevator situation and the AC really detract from the experience.

The breakfast was decent and met everyone's needs. Hygiene: I felt it was just average. The room had a strange smell and was very damp. Facilities: You need to arrive early for parking; if you're late, there's nowhere to park as you're competing with apartment residents. Although there are three elevators, they are quite small, and the upper floors are apartments, so I pretty much had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator every time. My longest wait was 18 minutes, which I found totally unacceptable and terrible. Service: Intercontinental service is consistent. Environment: The hotel felt quite old. Compared to other Intercontinental Holiday Inn hotels, the elevators were too old, and the TV was outdated. Enjoy the afternoon · Exclusive warm drinks buffet upon check-in (classic coffee/warm milk tea/wellness tea): This was just placed at the front desk, and you serve yourself. Personally, I feel this Intercontinental Holiday Inn is quite subpar.

The elevators were really slow, but everything else was pretty good. Breakfast was included, and the exit was convenient. There's an underground parking garage. The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was clean. Overall, it was decent, just those slow elevators!

The environment here is truly excellent. The lobby is grand and spacious, with two seating areas, and you can also enjoy breakfast there later. The pastries are delicious too. The surroundings are elegant and very clean, with excellent hygiene.

The room was spacious, and breakfast was decent. There are many dining options nearby, and you can get unlimited water. My only issues were: 1. The elevators took a long time. 2. Getting a taxi was inconvenient, especially on rainy days. 3. The front desk wouldn't accept package deliveries.

I arrived pretty late. The hygiene was just okay. When I boiled water, there were some flocculent bits in the kettle, but I didn't take a picture. The bathroom was really odd; it was inconvenient to get toiletries. I've been to Shenyang four or five times, and this is my third stay at this hotel. This is the first time I've been given this type of room layout. It's an older hotel. The soundproofing used to be decent when I stayed before, but this time, the guy next door spoke very loudly and disturbed me for two nights. I hope everyone staying in hotels can keep their voices down after 11 PM. The breakfast was very plentiful and tasted great. The staff were attentive and meticulous, clearing tables quickly. You could see their efficient teamwork during mealtimes. I didn't experience any particularly noteworthy service from the front desk. The cleaning lady was very nice and enthusiastic, but I hope there can be better methods for cleaning.
