Facilities: Well-equipped and functional. Cleanliness: Clean, no strange odors. Environment: Business district, excellent location, right by the subway station. Service: Attentive to all requests. I came for Hua Chenyu's concert. The hotel is close to the stadium, and it's convenient to get there by taxi or subway. The room was spacious and very comfortable! The hotel breakfast was good, and the dinner we booked online was also a great deal. Very satisfied! They played Hua Chenyu's songs all day in the restaurant, which was a nice touch!

Stayed for a week. Checking in was good except that the hotel couldn’t accept foreign credit cards. Ended up paying using e-wallet which had Alipay. Overall, the hotel was conveniently located next to the Metro and next to IKEA and eateries. It also has a washing machine n dryer for residents to use. However, a few downsides.. first is the hotel wifi was not accessible most of the time and we were told it’s because they’re on full house capacity. Also, they only give 2 bottles of 500ml water per day, so one had to buy water bottles in everyday. The housekeeping didn’t automatically top up on toilet paper and handwash. In conclusion, I will stay here again as overall, the hotel room is spacious and quiet, and very convenient to get around on the metro.

My sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing. There are many pros about this hotel: - superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious - there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus. - although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk The cons, which I hope can be improved on are: - the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel - there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each. Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible. Thank you
