Very new and clean room. We got a room in the new building. The hotel lives up to its name, an old reputable brand. It is in a central location, next to Nanning train station, Chaoyang square and San Jie Liang Xiang.

鳳凰賓館在我印象中是挺高檔的一個酒店，可是入住以後才感覺到很一般般，首先第一就是空調不涼，一個晚上都是不涼。第二就是床鋪是鐵架焊起來的，很高，小孩根本爬不上去。被子不乾淨，總體來説體驗一般般

酒店位置就在南寧站出來，鳳凰賓館四個大字很顯眼，前台小哥還給我們升級了房間，酒店有送一份入住小零食，最主要的是他們酒店退房時間居然是下午3點這個很不錯👍

The centrally located hotel was convenient for us and ideal for one night while transferring from the train to the plane. The air conditioning was very helpful for given typical temperatures in Nanning. The area itself is busy and, unfortunately, not the cleanest. You can reach the river area in south direction in a few minutes by metro.

The hotel is very confortable and well located, the room was very big and the beds were great. The renovations are very noticeable. The buffet is good too!
