This was my first time staying at the Park Plaza Hotel, and the service was truly excellent. Everyone was smiling, and when they saw our family, they specifically upgraded us to a twin room, which was perfect. The room was very clean, and they even helped us wipe down our slightly dirty suitcase with alcohol. Getting around by taxi or subway was quite convenient. During our stay, laundry, drying, and hanging services were all available, and you could even leave a message for them to handle it and then pick it up later. The breakfast variety was also quite rich. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it. A big shout-out to Front Desk Agent #11!

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

✨ Service: First off, the front desk service was excellent. The ladies there were all very gentle and accommodating! You can give them clothes to wash and dry, but three of my items shrank in the dryer, so it's probably best to wash your own clothes. ✨ Environment: The hotel itself is very quiet! It's like a completely different world from the street outside. Plus, it's super convenient for getting around. We walked back from Orange Isle, and it's right after you cross the bridge. ✨ Breakfast: I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on it. Our room was upgraded to one with a bathtub and double sinks, which was very clean (you can ask the front desk for disposable bathtub liners). The only minor downside I found was a lack of space to hang clothes and towels. The room TV has screen mirroring and a Tencent membership, which was a nice bonus. It was a great option to just chill at the hotel in the afternoon!

There's also a decent mall and many dining options, making it very convenient. The service was enthusiastic; they even gave my child a complimentary kids' breakfast. I heard they're planning upgrades, so I'd love to come back and experience it again if I get the chance.

It's just a few subway stops from Wuyi Square, making sightseeing hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The location is great! It's not far to walk to Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Taiping Old Street. Getting to Orange Isle by subway is also quick and convenient. The room type was okay and it was quiet. However, the room was really chilly, and the air conditioning didn't have heat. It just got colder the longer I stayed. The facilities are old, but the main issue was the lack of warmth. I had to wear a bathrobe over my pajamas and pile on a thick duvet.
