Had a fantastic business trip stay, five-star recommendation! The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. The front desk service was warm and attentive, with great attention to detail. The smart room features are complete, and the Xiaodu voice control is very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. It's perfect for both business travel and tourism. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changsha! BTW: Front desk ladies #10 and #3 had really nice service attitudes, excellent!

On a business trip to Changsha, I spent a while choosing and landed on this hotel, and it turned out to be really good. Facilities: The soundproofing is excellent; I'm very particular about noise, and I slept great at night. The shower pressure was also strong, making for a comfortable shower, and I even had another one in the morning. Cleanliness: Pretty good, quite clean. Ambiance: They say it's converted from an old money warehouse from over 100 years ago, and it definitely looks like a lot of thought went into it. Plus, the price isn't expensive at all, which makes it very worthwhile. The room was quite spacious; I even forgot to ask if I got an upgrade! Service: Very good, quite friendly. As someone who's reviewed over 90 different hotels, I genuinely feel this one offers great value for money!

It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. The location is great! It's not far to walk to Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Taiping Old Street. Getting to Orange Isle by subway is also quick and convenient. The room type was okay and it was quiet. However, the room was really chilly, and the air conditioning didn't have heat. It just got colder the longer I stayed. The facilities are old, but the main issue was the lack of warmth. I had to wear a bathrobe over my pajamas and pile on a thick duvet.
