I always choose this hotel when I'm in Changsha. It offers great value for money, and the facilities, maintenance, and service are all top-notch. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply is stable and plentiful. It's quiet at night, so you can get a good rest. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of dishes, making for a very satisfying meal. They also offer laundry and drying services, which is super convenient so you don't have to carry around dirty clothes while traveling. Server #11 was particularly attentive and genuinely helpful. Definitely a five-star experience!

Stayed one night in Changsha with my dad for a day trip, and it was absolutely fantastic value for money! Who would've thought such a discreet, small alleyway entrance would hide such an artsy, intelligent hotel? Even the main door is automatic and sensor-activated, making you feel like a VIP returning home. 🙈 I was fully prepared to lug our bags up myself, expecting a guesthouse-style hotel, but nope, there's an elevator! The pictures were taken by my dad during his morning stroll, and he was also very impressed with the hotel. Room Amenities: We had a twin room with high ceilings and a spacious, clean environment. They even provide a Laifen hairdryer, and the slippers are nice and thick – all very satisfying. Location: It's super close to the subway station, just one stop to Juzizhou and two stops to Yuelu Mountain. Walking to Wuyi Square is also very convenient. Taiping Old Street is right downstairs, connected to a food street that's bustling at night. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Facilities: Well-equipped, clean, and a great environment. Service: Warm, attentive, and very patient. [Social Hour] Welcome tea: I didn't try it, but it should be good. Environment: The surrounding facilities are convenient, and it's only 500 meters from the museum, so you can just stroll over.

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to explore the pedestrian street, and Orange Isle is just two subway stops away. The staff are professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making guests feel truly valued. The room was spotless, with no strange odors, and the cleanliness details were perfectly handled. The soundproofing in the room was great; I had a completely undisturbed night's sleep, which made it ideal for relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

My stay was a wonderful surprise! The hotel's location is excellent – it’s quiet yet very convenient for exploring and dining, being very close to Wuyi Square and Nanmenkou Pedestrian Street. The room was clean and tidy, with smart features throughout that were easy to use, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, paying close attention to details, and even offered a comforting 'goodnight' congee. The overall decor created a fantastic ambiance with many Instagrammable spots. It offers great value for money and is definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Changsha, plus they offer free luggage delivery!

The hotel's location is very convenient for travelers. The subway entrance is right outside, and the train station is just a short walk away. The design is very impressive and immediately catches your eye. The breakfast is also good with a wide variety of choices. All the staff are very enthusiastic, and Front Desk Agent #5 was especially professional and meticulous. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Our overall stay was excellent, offering great value for money. The front desk service was incredibly attentive, and during our extended stay, housekeeping kept our room spotless. The cleaning staff were very friendly and patient, and any issues we had were addressed promptly. Parking was also convenient with security guiding us. Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
