They say your stay experience is judged by check-in, but for me, it's all about how you feel at check-out. I was in a big rush leaving for the airport and only realized I'd left my water bottle in the room once I got there. I called the hotel, and the front desk staff quickly found it for me and even offered to mail it to my home. Their willingness to help and take responsibility was a pleasant surprise, especially since it was just a small water bottle causing them extra work. I'm truly grateful. This is a hotel with a heart!

This hotel is located right at the entrance of Taiping Old Street. This old street is really lively, with everything you could possibly need. It's also a five-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it very close to Wuyi Square and Juzizhou Head. The hotel has a unique style, housed in a hundred-year-old building tucked away in an alley. The interior facilities are very new. Although there can be some noise from rooms facing the street, light sleepers might not be bothered. When we brought up this issue, it was pleasantly resolved. The front desk staff are incredibly accommodating, almost 24/7! They even wash, dry, and return laundry to your room, which is a very thoughtful touch when you're away from home ❤️. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely consider staying here!

This place is incredibly convenient if you're visiting the Hunan Provincial Museum with kids. It's less than a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. The best part is the room size; it's really spacious and comfortable.

The standard room I booked was the largest I've ever stayed in at a Ji Hotel. It had a separate dressing area, a work area large enough for three people to sit in, a large TV, and was quiet, clean, and new – a very comfortable stay. It's only a 10-minute walk to the East Gate of Yuelu Mountain, perfect for those taking the route of entering from the South Gate and exiting from the East Gate. Exiting from the East Gate allows you to easily return to the hotel.

I chose the Huanzhi S Hotel for my trip to Changsha with friends, and the location is incredibly convenient. The overall vibe is that of a very comfortable B&B, and the room details are well-executed. The front desk staff were all exceptionally nice and patiently helped with any issues. The robot delivery for food was very prompt, and the soft bed made for a great night's sleep. My only real regret was how changeable the weather was; I wish I'd brought a jacket. For the price, this experience was truly excellent – highly recommended!

The design is very impressive and immediately catches your eye. The breakfast is also good with a wide variety of choices. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very quiet overall. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers excellent value for money. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.

The location is great! It's not far to walk to Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Taiping Old Street. Getting to Orange Isle by subway is also quick and convenient. The room type was okay and it was quiet. However, the room was really chilly, and the air conditioning didn't have heat. It just got colder the longer I stayed. The facilities are old, but the main issue was the lack of warmth. I had to wear a bathrobe over my pajamas and pile on a thick duvet.
