Staff was courteous on WeChat before arrival. Hotel is able to receive items bought online. Hotel gave us a little later check out time after we asked as our flight was at night. Luggage could be stored in hotel lobby. Hotel lobby was not really grand looking but at least it had a shop front which had its name. Saw that there were other hotels are in the same building too. Hotel seems to only cover 1 level, on the 2nd floor. Upon going out from the lift, right side is an internet cafe while the hotel rooms were on the left. Of the 3 days we were there, we only had to scan once to open the glass door which leads to the rooms (door was open at other times). Hotel has laundry facilities between 8am-8pm but we did not use it. Room service is available upon request via WeChat. Hotel provided towels and toiletries too. Cleanliness needs to be improved as my friend spotted trash on the bottom shelf of the water dispensing area when we checked in. Bedsheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Room was pretty quiet despite being near a road. Location wise, quite straightforward to walk to Wuyi square via underground or street. Hotel is next to La Nova shopping mall (but does not have many shops) and an underground commercial street that leads to Wan Da shopping centre and opposite the road. Lots of eating areas around too. Walkable to Mi Fen street too.

I highly recommend this guesthouse, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Changsha! As someone who travels frequently, this is one of the rare guesthouses I've stayed in that offers great value for money, is spotlessly clean, and has a fantastic environment. Located in a small alley by the Xiangjiang River, this guesthouse is a quiet oasis in a bustling area, yet it's very easy to find. It's just a five-minute walk to the subway station, a ten-minute walk to Chaozong Street, and a twenty-minute walk to Wuyi Square – super convenient! The environment is impeccable. The bedsheets and pillows look brand new with not a single stain, so there's no need to bring your own sleeping bag liner. The bathroom also has a wet/dry separation, and even features a smart toilet. In terms of service, I often saw an auntie cleaning. She was very kind and even helped with luggage. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh drinking water was provided. Regarding facilities, each room has two air conditioners, which kept it wonderfully warm. There's hot water, though you need to let it run for a bit. Downstairs, there are plenty of food stalls and a supermarket. The nights were very quiet, and I slept soundly. The owner is also very nice, and all communication was smooth!

The apartment come with 2 rooms, living hall, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants. The host is very nice and helpful. We bought many parcels online and come in different days, the host helped to contact delivery man to receive parcels for us. Recommend to stay here.

After a long search, my friends and I finally booked this room, and it was definitely worth it! From the front desk to the room itself, everything was great. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy – a big thumbs up! Plus, the location is super convenient. If you stay right on Wuyi Street, it can be quite noisy, but this building is high enough that it's completely quiet.

The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk even delivered takeout to the room, which was a thoughtful and safe touch. The location is super convenient for getting around, with Taiping Street just a left turn away. The facilities are comprehensive, and the soundproofing is excellent. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended!

You absolutely have to check out this hotel! It's right in the city center, and the subway station is literally right outside. Even though it's in an office building and doesn't have parking, transportation is a breeze. The room was spotless, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and they really paid attention to the details. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful – not only did they offer free umbrellas, hot water, razors, and laundry bags, but they also assisted with mailing luggage and printing documents. If your phone runs out of battery, you can charge it for free at the front desk. They even have a steam iron and a self-service laundry room, making it perfect for business travelers! While breakfast isn't provided, there are tons of unique eateries and trendy spots downstairs, and everything we tried was delicious. Our overall experience was fantastic!

This hotel is great. The room has an amazing view of the city and the train station. It’s close to the train station and also close to a mall where you can find everything. The room was clean and cozy. The toilet was a bit small, but all good. This place is highly recommended.

The ambiance here is really great, it's definitely the top choice for gatherings with friends and family. 💓 I absolutely love this hidden gem and will be coming back often. It's very comfortable and cozy, and the service attitude is good.

The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

Entrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful. Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo. Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there. Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult. The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay. The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.
