The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The hotel environment is very good. The hotel is located in the Desqin business district. Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. The service attitude of the front desk ladies Jiaojiao and Xiao Liu is good. I like this hotel very much

The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the hygiene was excellent. It exceeded my expectations for comfort. The soundproofing was great, so I didn't hear any disturbing noises while resting. The front desk service was also exceptional; they were very responsive to all requests. Haha! The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the subway station, making travel incredibly easy. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance, and I highly recommend it to everyone – you can't go wrong with this one!

This guesthouse is really unique, with a lovely garden style. It's located right in Chaozong Street, just a short walk to Zhongshan Road, and the entrance is a popular photo spot. The hygiene was good, very clean. There are many trendy spots nearby to discover. It's about a 10-minute walk to Peiyuan Bridge subway station and 15 minutes to Wuyi Square. However, I felt the room was a bit damp, quite high in humidity. I imagine a room on the second floor might be better.

Much better than I expected! The overall cleanliness was quite good, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very welcoming and promptly resolved any issues. They even provided tips for sightseeing and dining. The facilities are brand new, and a robot delivers takeout in real-time. The location is in a fairly bustling city center, making taxis, the subway, and food delivery all very convenient. There's also a revolving restaurant on the top floor with a great ambiance. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

This was my first time staying at the Huanzhi Hotel in Changsha, and the front desk service was absolutely excellent. They even gave me a free breakfast coupon. The breakfast spread was extensive and really delicious, and the auntie working in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and helpful. My room was very clean, and the hotel's location is super convenient – close to Wuyi Square and other attractions. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, making it easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Changsha. It offers fantastic value for money with attentive and thoughtful service, and its convenient location makes it a top choice. I strongly recommend it!

The service was excellent. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and the late-night snack was a thoughtful touch. The laundry room was well-equipped with a dryer and a garment steamer. I had a wonderful and happy stay. I'll definitely come back next time!!

Because of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!
