The hotel entrance was a bit tricky to locate, requiring a turn into a small side street. However, the excellent service and spacious rooms, perfect for family travel, truly stood out. For first-timers to Dubai, the night view from the room is a significant highlight, showcasing the city's most vibrant main roads and architecture. Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Service: Very good.
Environment: Right by the sea, the surrounding area is excellent.
Cleanliness: As it's a newly opened hotel, the cleanliness is still okay.
Facilities: The indoor environment is very nice, but the balcony is a bit plain. The rooftop pool is beautiful.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Souk Al Seef, with guest rooms spread across the surrounding buildings. Electric buggy service is available to take guests to/from their rooms or to the nearby sister property, Canopy, where the gym and swimming pool are located. The surrounding offers plenty of shops, cafés, and easy access to boat rides across the creek to the Gold Souk and Spice Souk, making the location extremely convenient.
From the electric buggy drivers and receptionists to housekeepers, F&B staffs, and even the engineering team, every staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Akbar provides the warmest hospitality.
Breakfast is highly recommended. The selection is fairly extensive and the quality is very good. During peak season, it is advisable to arrive early to avoid crowds.
There is a terrace on the third floor, and sitting there in the evening in January was very relaxing. It offered beautiful views of the opposite shore, the busy boat traffic along Dubai Creek, and planes taking off from Dubai International Airport.
The bed was very comfortable, and the room was extremely clean and full of characters, reflecting the charm of Dubai’s historic district. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room lighting was quite dim. My room was located above the Starbucks, and there were many people taking photos late at night and early in the morning, so soundproofing could be improved. The hairdryer could not be used in the bathroom and had to be plugged in inside the room due to the outlet configuration. The drawer-style refrigerator had no cooling effect at all. The TV remote control did not function properly—it could only turn the TV on and off, with no function to change channels or adjust the volume. The shower water pressure was weak, and the hot water temperature fluctuated frequently.
Aside from these issues, everything else was excellent. I really enjoyed the hotel’s overall style and found the stay very comfortable. If the points mentioned above can be adjusted, I believe the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced.

Guest UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!
Gym, pool, and sauna are available.

Overall, it's pretty decent. Most of the guests are Chinese and Indian. The only downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way. Without a rental car, getting anywhere would be very inconvenient. Plus, apart from a Carrefour supermarket directly opposite, there aren't many dining or shopping options nearby.

I stayed at the Pearl Swiss Hotel from February 21 until March 12, and overall the hotel itself is very nice and deserving of its 4-star rating. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are good, and the staff are generally welcoming.
However, what truly made our stay incredible during a very difficult time was one person from the housekeeping department — Ajmer.
Ajmer was extremely professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Despite the chaotic circumstances around us due to the war, he consistently went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. His kindness and dedication made the situation much more bearable for us.
Employees like Ajmer make a huge difference in the guest experience. The hotel management should truly recognize and promote him for the outstanding service he provides.
Thank you, Ajmer, for your kindness and professionalism. You made a difficult time much easier for us

Anonymous UserThis is a decent hotel which deserves a 3.75 star rating. The location is great ... about 10 minutes to metro or bus station. The hotel is a little run down but adequate for most people's needs. All staff was very helpful and promptly attended to my needs. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Khalfan_AlnaqbiThe hotel's location on Sheikh Zayed Road is excellent. It's conveniently close to Mall of the Emirates, an 11-minute drive to Dubai Hills Mall, and 15 minutes to Dubai Mall. However, while the furniture is in good condition, it feels quite dated, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities also show their age. The gym is excellent and spotlessly clean, as is the pool, which also boasts a great location.

July_WaiThis was our third time staying here. Overall, we like the hotel, but we were very disappointed with the water situation during this stay.
We informed the staff that there was no cold water available. Considering how hot the weather is in Dubai, guests should at least be able to take a cool shower. Unfortunately, even with the cold tap turned on, the water was extremely hot, almost like boiling water.
After spending time outside in the heat, being unable to take a proper cold shower was very uncomfortable. We hope the hotel can address this issue, as it significantly affected our stay.
