Environment: Right by the sea, the surrounding area is excellent.
Cleanliness: As it's a newly opened hotel, the cleanliness is still okay.
Facilities: The indoor environment is very nice, but the balcony is a bit plain. The rooftop pool is beautiful.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's design is modern and the facilities are quite new. Breakfast and dinner both run until 11 AM, and the food selection is good. The location is close to Dubai Creek, within walking distance of the Al Seef historical district attractions. It's lovely for an evening stroll or morning run along the creek. Plus, it's next to the consulates of Lebanon, the UK, and other countries, making it very safe and quiet. There are also lots of cats and pigeons around.

GGuest UserThe hotel entrance was a bit tricky to locate, requiring a turn into a small side street. However, the excellent service and spacious rooms, perfect for family travel, truly stood out. For first-timers to Dubai, the night view from the room is a significant highlight, showcasing the city's most vibrant main roads and architecture. Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

MM233901****Overall, it's pretty decent. Most of the guests are Chinese and Indian. The only downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way. Without a rental car, getting anywhere would be very inconvenient. Plus, apart from a Carrefour supermarket directly opposite, there aren't many dining or shopping options nearby.

A truly unique experience staying on a boat. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with a great variety of fresh food. The facilities on the boat were very classic and full of cultural charm.

SSofia_PoeWhen I arrived, the room I had originally booked was unavailable, so I was upgraded to a suite instead.
The suite was well equipped, with a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee provided. Amenities included soap, shampoo and body wash, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste (though there was no conditioner). Everything was clean and functional.
The staff were mostly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was also able to book a ticket to the Museum of the Future through a tour agency at the hotel. The price was higher than the official ticket (250 vs 169), but as tickets were sold out on the official website, it was still a convenient option and better than missing out entirely.
Breakfast was good, with plenty of options and generally good quality.
Overall, a comfortable stay with helpful service and solid facilities.

The hotel is nice but they need to care more about the cleanness
There is no room services
But housekeeping is helpful when you ask something.
I checked in at 10 pm so I asked for late check out and they still weak me up at 11 am, and even after confirming my request thy keep calling

GGuest UserThere were very few Chinese guests at this hotel; most were from Europe and the Americas. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was lovely for a swim. Breakfast was just okay. One of the staff members at the front desk was quite rude; I felt he wasn't suited for the service industry. He had a sour expression the entire time I was dealing with him.

But it is very noisy because there is a night club downstairs. I don’t think I sleep well. If you don’t mind the noise, it is a budget place. With a lot of food to try.

JJuly_WaiThe hotel was really nice overall. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and everything else was comfortable. The only downside was that we stayed on the second floor, and since there’s a club on the ground floor, you could hear the music at night. If you are a light sleeper or wake up easily, it might be a bit disturbing. Aside from that, we had a good stay.
