For first-timers to Dubai, the night view from the room is a significant highlight, showcasing the city's most vibrant main roads and architecture. Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

It's made up of several buildings within the old town, and each building has multiple rooms that are perfect for photoshoots themselves. Plus, staying here makes it super convenient to explore the old street market and snap some great pictures! Every morning, we'd go for breakfast at 8 AM, and the streets would be completely empty, so we could just take photos freely without needing to edit them! It stays pretty uncrowded until about 9:30 AM. The hotel breakfast is also delicious, and the rooms are very clean!

GGuest UserA magnificent hotel with an ideal location, perfectly situated between the main road and the waterfront. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, and they provide towels and umbrellas. The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit. The soundproofing is also top-notch.
Tip: Ask for a lower floor to avoid waiting in line for the elevators during peak hours.

MM233901****Overall, it's pretty decent. Most of the guests are Chinese and Indian. The only downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way. Without a rental car, getting anywhere would be very inconvenient. Plus, apart from a Carrefour supermarket directly opposite, there aren't many dining or shopping options nearby.

A truly unique experience staying on a boat. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with a great variety of fresh food. The facilities on the boat were very classic and full of cultural charm.

I stayed at the Pearl Swiss Hotel from February 21 until March 12, and overall the hotel itself is very nice and deserving of its 4-star rating. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are good, and the staff are generally welcoming.
However, what truly made our stay incredible during a very difficult time was one person from the housekeeping department — Ajmer.
Ajmer was extremely professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Despite the chaotic circumstances around us due to the war, he consistently went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. His kindness and dedication made the situation much more bearable for us.
Employees like Ajmer make a huge difference in the guest experience. The hotel management should truly recognize and promote him for the outstanding service he provides.
Thank you, Ajmer, for your kindness and professionalism. You made a difficult time much easier for us

But housekeeping is helpful when you ask something.
I checked in at 10 pm so I asked for late check out and they still weak me up at 11 am, and even after confirming my request thy keep calling

GGuest UserThere were very few Chinese guests at this hotel; most were from Europe and the Americas. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was lovely for a swim. Breakfast was just okay. One of the staff members at the front desk was quite rude; I felt he wasn't suited for the service industry. He had a sour expression the entire time I was dealing with him.

JJuly_WaiThis was our third time staying here. Overall, we like the hotel, but we were very disappointed with the water situation during this stay.
We informed the staff that there was no cold water available. Considering how hot the weather is in Dubai, guests should at least be able to take a cool shower. Unfortunately, even with the cold tap turned on, the water was extremely hot, almost like boiling water.
After spending time outside in the heat, being unable to take a proper cold shower was very uncomfortable. We hope the hotel can address this issue, as it significantly affected our stay.
