A simple yet comfortable hostel located in Deira. It's clean and people are friendly there including hosts. The public is international, you can meet people all around the world there. All basic amenities are available, and the surrounding area is very convenient, full of supermarkets, small restaurants and shops. If you're not very picky this place is a nice option to stay.

Overall, my stay was good. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location and facilities were excellent, and I was happy with everything except the service. Unfortunately, communication with the host was very poor. I messaged him asking about parking availability and the access card, but even though he read my message, he never responded. This was disappointing and inconvenient, especially when guests need important information during their stay. The apartment itself was great, but the host really needs to improve communication and customer service. With better responsiveness, this would have been a perfect stay.

The location is excellent, very close to Emirates Mall and the station. There's also a supermarket nearby. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The shower had good hot water and strong pressure, which was a plus. The only downsides were the plastic cover still on the bed, which made a crinkling sound whenever I moved, and the annoying flies in the kitchen.

I booked this hostel for an overnight layover in the UAE, and it was absolutely perfect for that purpose! It's just a minute's walk from Deira City Centre Metro Station. The area is fantastic – affordable and safe. The bus terminal for buses from Sharjah is right there, and Dubai Airport is just a few metro stops away. The hostel itself is great too. I had a small, single room as described, about 6 square meters, with a bed, nightstand, desk lamp, and wardrobe. It was quiet. The common areas had a fridge, ironing board, iron, kitchen, and two bathrooms. For its low price in an expensive city, it's excellent. I don't understand why people leave bad reviews. Perhaps they see the price, don't read the description, and expect a luxury hotel. No, this is a hostel. You need to understand and read where you're going; then you won't be disappointed. I loved everything; I had a very budget-friendly overnight stay and continued my journey. Immediately after booking, a manager contacted me with detailed instructions on how to get there. They stayed in touch before check-in and answered all my questions quickly. They do take a 50 AED deposit upon check-in. I paid by card, and the deposit was also returned to my card (but keep in mind, it's returned to a UAE bank card). I had one of those. If you have a different bank card, pay/get your deposit back in cash. Thanks to the staff; everything was great! If I ever need to stay overnight in Dubai again, I'll definitely come back here!

The location is fantastic! It's really close to all the electronics stores. If you're coming to buy a phone or other digital products, this is a great place to stay. The room was a bit small, but the hot water was excellent. Overall, it was a good stay.

Flat 204 missing curtain for shower so the water goes on the floor after people step on dirty shoes from outsides and leave lot of black foot prints. If I had the balcony o window would give you 5 stars. Receptionists are very nicer. But for a solo o couple traveller very very affordable On Trip.com. Better than Bolokibg.

When booking the hotel, it shows that the price is more expensive and there is breakfast, and there is no breakfast after the actual check-in.

I had a pleasant stay at Sunday Sheikh Zayed Road Concord Tower by Belvilla. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was well-maintained throughout my stay. The location is good, with easy access to key areas, although it could be slightly more convenient for transport. The service was generally good, with staff being polite and helpful when needed. The amenities were decent and met expectations, though there is some room for improvement to enhance the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option for business travelers looking for a clean and reliable place in Dubai.
