GGuest UserThe location is great, just 4 metro stops from the Burj Khalifa. It's a 1-minute walk, or even less if you're fast, from the metro station. There's a convenience store downstairs with reasonable prices. A quick 5-minute walk to the right leads to a huge, fantastic shopping mall. The environment is clean and tidy, and the kitchen is really nice and spotless. The mattress is very comfortable, so I slept well. The air conditioning runs 24 hours.

RRizalineI stayed here for 1 week And I really love it here. It's convenient in emirates Metro Station. Just a few walks and you will see AL SAFA TOWER. they are located in 14/16 floor depend on your room type. Also supermarkets are near and you can cook and laundry here. The owner of the flat is kind.

FFarahaini99I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent—close to everything I wanted to see and easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant experience. Only must paid again in reception i didnt like

Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night.
In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures.
Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay

ДДарьяExcellent new hostel, clean, well maintained, pleasant staff, comfortable beds, bathrooms separated for men's and women's, light breakfast. Of the minuses, the beds are wobbly, towels are 20 AED. Otherwise a very good hostel.
Since it is new, it is difficult to find, it is located on the 9th floor of an apartment building, the reception did not know about this hostel, I had to call and check the apartment number.

IIchitaroConveniently located near the station and within walking distance of the historical district. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The accommodation is in several rooms in an apartment building. If the manager is not there when you check in, you will need to contact him via What's App, so I think it's a good idea to download it in advance.
The room I stayed in had three bunk beds. There was a guy who snored a lot, but I was grateful to be able to stay in such a convenient place for this price.
