5-Star Hotels in Dubai

This is a large hotel property with an impressive number and size of restaurants. The breakfast buffet offers an amazing variety of dishes, including an extensive selection of Indian food, Chinese options, and Continental fare. The masala omelet was quite interesting! The view from breakfast was also lovely.

There are many choices for breakfast, the service is very good, there is a beach and a swimming pool, and the hotel also has several restaurants. It's about 20 minutes away from the city. I will come again next time, it's great!

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.

Booked an apartment, it was more like a studio. If you don't stay somewhere nice in Dubai, you won't enjoy yourself properly; only with good accommodation can you truly experience the beauty of Dubai! 😁 The room was very spacious, with one bedroom, a living room, and two bathrooms. The sofa was a sofa bed, which my daughter treated like a trampoline. The room also came with a full kitchen setup. The hotel's pool is outsourced, and the staff's attitude was so-so... The view was average, and the area was quite small. Coming straight from the Ritz-Carlton, the Sheraton's pool left me a bit disappointed... The water was a bit cold, and we left within half an hour. Hotels in Dubai don't provide disposable bathtub liners, which honestly could be a new business opportunity, haha~

Our check in time was 3:00 PM While we checked in past 5:00 PM, when we reached room, housekeeping was still inside cleaning The room was not ready 2 hrs past check in time? Upon booking I had requested happy birthday decoration and called reception, they said they will provide complimentary dessert, it was not there, and they did not bring it at all during our stay I called, they said it will come… but it didnt, they just brought fruits which we did not touch… much later after we checked in…. We had to call for our luggage too, it was delayed, it didnt reach after our check in, it seems they lost it…. Called back asking for luggage description The room was very hot when we walked in, and AC was malfunctioning… at times it was cool but most times it was hot… and we had to call for that too Overall, the hotel was beautiful, room was spacious, you can walk around endlessly in lobby and look around but you would not expect such hiccups to take place in such a high end and iconic hotel like Atlantis The Royal Things we did not like: - Room was still being cleaned 2 hours after check-in time - Birthday requests and promised complimentary dessert were not fulfilled - Delayed arrival of luggage - AC!!! Room too warm 💔 - Had to repeatedly call reception for basic requests

Great location with great view. Direct access to Dubai Mall is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. The bathroom has got a lot of water stains.

The location is very convenient, not far from the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of Indian food. The room was quite spacious. Overall, it's a pretty standard hotel, but decent value for money.

This is a truly great place, no matter how many times I visit. It's my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Dubai, and I plan to stay here again with my friends when they visit. It's a wonderful place, and having a supermarket nearby is a huge plus, so I can grab a bite whenever I'm hungry.

This is a fantastic hotel with unique decor and smart home features. The curtains are self-adjustable, and the mirror TV is a cool touch. The hotel lobby is stunning, and there's a small convenience store to grab anything you need. It's super close to Dubai Mall, just under a 10-minute taxi ride. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dubai. It gets a lot of tourists, so luggage handling can be a bit slow. Not many Chinese guests, mostly Europeans and Americans. The paid restaurant at the hotel is delicious, and I found the cleanliness to be excellent.

3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.  It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.  I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away! Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!
