The services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.

Booked an apartment, it was more like a studio. If you don't stay somewhere nice in Dubai, you won't enjoy yourself properly; only with good accommodation can you truly experience the beauty of Dubai! 😁 The room was very spacious, with one bedroom, a living room, and two bathrooms. The sofa was a sofa bed, which my daughter treated like a trampoline. The room also came with a full kitchen setup.
The hotel's pool is outsourced, and the staff's attitude was so-so... The view was average, and the area was quite small. Coming straight from the Ritz-Carlton, the Sheraton's pool left me a bit disappointed... The water was a bit cold, and we left within half an hour. Hotels in Dubai don't provide disposable bathtub liners, which honestly could be a new business opportunity, haha~

Guest UserAn exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and overall service. Every area of the property was impeccably maintained, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere throughout my stay.
What truly made the difference was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. They were professional, friendly, and always eager to assist with a genuine smile, making me feel welcomed and valued at all times.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing stay. Without a doubt, it is one of the best hotels I have visited, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

RR99Great location with great view. Direct access to Dubai Mall is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. The bathroom has got a lot of water stains.

Guest UserLocation - close to DXB airport, it's a 8 min walk from Al Rigga metro station (don't follow google maps, use exit 2, walk against traffic towards Al Safadi restaurant, turn left into 37 st to the end to reach Al Muraqqabat Rd, turn right and head to the road crossing, walk to the right past the carpark and you'll see the hotel building, back entrance is ahead). Good hotel for exploring this older side of Dubai. Takes about 2 hours to walk to the Dubai Old Souk area which is a pleasant exploration in cool weather. Oh there's another Asiana Hotel nearby close to Salah Al Din metro so don't get mixed up.
Neighbourhood - a mix of Filipino, Pakistani, Indians and locals, a vibrant area with shops, supermarkets, restaurants everywhere. A few night markets and large discount shops are nearby too. The largest mall is Deira City Centre Mall is half hour walk away or 1 station from Al Rigga station.
Room - Large room with king bed, sofa and coffee table, working table, huge tv, small kitchen with microwave and fridge, bathroom with bathtub and shower, closet room. It was basically an apartment! Too big almost. The kitchenette came in useful to reheat leftovers I took home from a large dinner. Very modern look with grey and wood finishing, marble tile at foyer and carpet in the living and sleeping area. Elegant subtle lighting for a refined soft feel.
Bed - comfy, 4 pillows provided
Cleanliness - very clean everywhere
Bathroom - very clean, very big, awesome shower pressure
Facilities - I used the swimming pool on the rooftop. Sufficiently long about 20m for lap swimming. Pool was heated given the winter season. Gym is on top level too and looked well-equipped. The hallways on the room floors are wide and not cramped.
Breakfast - Good. Egg station, a good selection of breads and baked items, mains and carbs tended towards Arab and Indian cuisine styles. Loved the Masala Tea. Good service.
Check in and check out - took a while because I stayed during a busy week.
Lifts and access - two lifts only so can get busy at breakfast and check out time. (Taking the stairs might be quicker) The main entrance faces away from the main Al Muraqqabat Rd (so it's quieter) though there is a more convenient back entrance with a slope for those on foot heading to Al Riqqa station.
Nearby places to check out - Dabha Tea Shop; Al Samadi Sweets; Little Star Peshawar Pakistani food; Deira City Center Mall; Al Safadi Lebanese Restaurant; Deira Clock Tower
Negatives - a luggage rack in the room would've been nice; not many English speaking tv channels to watch; some sound of aircraft overhead might bother some; don't need keycard to access room floors which can be a security risk.
Overall - a very high quality hotel in a vibrant area.

Guest UserThis place is amazing for the family especially if you have kids. They have beach, big pool, and the lazy river! The room interior is great but it does have the vibe of oldy hotel, but that’s really the vibe since it’s british monarch inspired.

Yangmiemiemiemie111This is a fantastic hotel with unique decor and smart home features. The curtains are self-adjustable, and the mirror TV is a cool touch. The hotel lobby is stunning, and there's a small convenience store to grab anything you need. It's super close to Dubai Mall, just under a 10-minute taxi ride. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dubai. It gets a lot of tourists, so luggage handling can be a bit slow. Not many Chinese guests, mostly Europeans and Americans. The paid restaurant at the hotel is delicious, and I found the cleanliness to be excellent.

Guest UserUnfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables… expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm
