Breakfast: If you enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine, you'll likely love it. There's fruit, cereal, and a variety of freshly made flatbreads that change daily! Room: It's a shame there isn't a small window that opens. I guess the window requirements for hotels in Dubai and China must be different. Gym: Three treadmills, one of which was broken. Couldn't find any staff to help. Lobby: Quite upscale, feels like a 4-star hotel. Security staff at the entrance: excellent.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to: - Geeta — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. - Lakpa — professional and efficient. - Manohar — friendly and proactive in addressing requests. - Utsav — courteous and attentive to every detail. - Aman — helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable. - Chef Jenisha — excellent food with great presentation; delicious meals every time. - Yogendra — very friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic team who clearly care about the guest experience. Highly recommended for their exceptional hospitality.
