Queen Elizabeth 2 Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at QE2 Dubai. It was a unique experience staying on such an iconic ship. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they kindly fulfilled our room request. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Full of history - hard to navigate around the ship - needs more signage

For the 3rd time and i can say with all confedience there is a serious issue with checking in counters for this hotel, each time i visit this hotel i wait arround 30 to 45 min to find the room, checkin time after finding the booking takes long as the system is crashing alot. 3pm check in is a disaster (dont think to go that time) there was a qu of arround 100 person waiting checkin, security doesnt care about the cars waiting him to open the parking for them he is busy inside and you have to go call him, Room is clean (normally) but dont expect it to be like photos because its different and they have multiple room sizes/designs. By the way: - Floor carpet is marinated with water (less carin -And for the first time in my life i see an interconnecting door with a gap of arround 10cm ( you can hear the other room clearly

They won't provide plates and room service number always busy and operator never attends.

We didn’t received some amenities like swimming pool and gym because it was closed for some reasons..

The Hotel offers a unique stay as a historic cruise ship turned floating hotel and I enjoy the vintage maritime atmosphere and friendly service of the staffs.
