Happy with the stay，smaller but compact. All staffs are so friendly with the security. We have bought some Amanda Cakes around and there was no fridge in hotel but we request to keep in their fridge and all went fine. No hair dryer ready but you can call and request from the receptionist.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service I received during my recent stay at Yello Hotel Harbour Bay Batam. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and every request I made was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Special thanks to all your staff especially to your Front Office Mr Willy, Mr Vincent and Ms Ima for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. It’s clear that all your teams efforts is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality. Not forgetting Mr Farhan, Mr Wafi and Mr Dicky who handles the breakfast area. Totally awesome ! They ensure that all guests cutleries are cleared away immediately from each table so that they can have a seamless and hearty breakfast. I will not hesitate to recommend Yello Hotel Harbour Bay Batam again to others and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again for a truly memorable experience. Very good location with BCS mall, Grand Batam Mall the wet market and many eateries within 10 min walkable distance. Rooms are big and well equipped with good design for practical usage. Very good service - discovered problem with toilet door during daily make up of room and immediately initiated change of room.

This hotel boasts an ideal location, offering easy access to diverse dining options, local markets, and major shopping malls. For relaxation, there are many massage shops close by. Food lovers will appreciate the abundance of Indonesian and Chinese culinary choices. The area is anchored by two key malls, Grand Mall and Batam City Mall, and includes a large food court that is open late into the evening.

This is overall the best choice if you want to stay in the Bengkong Laut / Golden City area, especially if you can get a room at SGD 20.00 or less. Do note that the high floors with the best views at night of the amusement park and go kart 🏎️ track are smoking 🚬 rooms. However, don't let this put you off. The smoking rooms actually smell nicer than the non smoking 🚭 rooms, because housekeeping are very effective at deodorising... Fairly large rooms but now getting very old and tired. Sheets and pillow cases have many stains and holes. I encourage you to take photos of all these things as soon as you enter your room. Other guests have noted that the hotel front desk staff have refused to return customers' Rp. 100.000 deposits for PRE-EXISTING stains that were nothing to do with the guests. Apart from that, I've stayed here on exactly 26 different occasions since 2017, so obviously I find it pretty good for my needs!

The environment here is great, and there are plenty of amenities nearby, including lots of delicious food. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

The room is clean, comfortable, and the interior of the walls is beautiful. Maybe in the future you can use a card to enter the room, not an iron key anymore
