AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

GGuest UserAmazing stay at such an affordable price! Room was clean and staff were very friendly and responsiv. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets. Location is amazing. Many good cafes and restaurants around. Convenience stores, Itsumo tart, soi by nick, batam city sq mall, si fang yuan dim sum are all in a 1-6 min walking radius. 4 of us stayed in the family room, which has a bunk bed that can fit up to 4 pax and also a master bedroom (another 2 pax). Bottled water, shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, towels and hair dryer provided. Wifi available. Lots of space to hang items up. Please bring cash for the deposit of 500,000rp.

YyxineMy gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air.
The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly.
Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment!
All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

YYuuJinnThe location is good. It is basically 3 minutes walk to the Batam Grand Mall and surrounding eateries. The service was great too. But when it comes to the hotel, I would rate the amenities/facilities as bad. First, there is no smart tv but a cabled TV with low, bad resolution. The bathroom is not well designed where the whole bathroom is flooded after taking a shower. There is no great separation between the toilet and the shower area. The head shower cannot be adjusted, so good luck on adjusting the temperature without getting burned lol. And the bathroom has no hooks for your clothes, towel. You’re resorted to put your clothes on the toilet bowl lid or the sink area given that it is dry. Then the air-conditioner is not well maintained, something kept trembling and making sounds. Luckily I was exhausted enough to knock me out at night. So whoever thinks that the bad things mentioned above are deal breaker for you, I would suggest choose another. Perhaps an additional $10 would save you. The review is bombed, I would honestly just give this a 2.5/5. Nothing personal just my criticism.

Cleanliness: The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Staff cleaned the room daily.
Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging.
Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.

Cons: The water heater is not easy to use, at most it only produces warm water; there are many ants in the room, especially the toilets; the hotel is in a bad location, and you have to take a taxi everywhere; there are only two small shops nearby for food, and the clerk does not speak English. Translate through other customers or look at the calculator with gestures.
