Talk about cleanliness a few spots need to give attention is the bathroom area ate the sink and floor got yellow stain,but overall in a good condition,thank you for make ours stay memorable! GGuest UserThere's some miscommunication on the booking as per booking page is either a big bed or 2 single bed. Upon booking did write the bed preference but was not fulfilled.
However try to communicate with the staff and trip.com able to be assigned to 2 single bed room.
There's slight leakage of the aircon, contact front desk and get it fixed.
Hotel breakfast is not nice.
Overall the staff is friendly n helpful, and has good location.

JJeremyKim19922No issues, but it's a bit noisy at night since it's next to the road. On the other hand, it's convenient because it's in the city center. The room was clean, and the restaurant on the 4th floor was also spotless.

YYy91Budget hotel in the middle of batam . Maybe 10-15 minutes car ride from batam ferry terminal. Very basic budget hotel so doesn't expect too much. Worth the price of 300k rupiah.
Room size is quite for the price ,not too cramp.

NNasrul IzzudinThe room was decent yet the aircond seems like there is sensor so when the room reached the desire temperature, seems like the aircond turn off and will turn on again once it is hot.
The staff was friendly and location was alright. Close to convenience store and other food stores.

The green mosque, sederhana restaurant for nasi padang and other shop such is indomaret, alfomaret and other souvenirs shop are just walking distance.
It is just the road always busy with morning market.
The toilet cleanliness is quite poor.
Bedsheet is old.
