Have book 4rooms request non-smoking room, you will get 3 smoking room🙂↕️🙂↕️, request far away lift, you will get 3rooms beside the lift🙂↕️🙂↕️bed sheet and pillow dirty also

I had a really comfortable stay at Biz Hotel Batam. The location is super convenient for getting around the city and close to shopping and dining options. The room was clean,strong AC, fast WiFi. Staff were friendly and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Batam.

Services was good, only housekeeping staff was miss out for replacing towels ! Need to call to reception for bring up to my room
