Yello Hotel Harbour Bay Batam

Very nice place to stay at Batam harbourbay area. Walking distance to surrounding convenience stores and restaurants. Also walked easily to Ferry terminal with luggage. Clean, spacious and nice room.

Overall it is very good. I chose this hotel n really enjoyed the good vibes, good decor, good service, very clean n everything new n nice.

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The highlight of my experience was definitely the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Dini and Willy. They were warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was comfortable. I was also very pleased with the room — it was spacious, clean, and I was lucky to be given a beautiful sea view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The main issue I encountered was with the water heater. The temperature was inconsistent — after setting it to a comfortable level, the water would suddenly turn very hot, then revert back, and this cycle kept repeating every few seconds. It made showering quite uncomfortable and is something that should be addressed. Another point to note is the sound insulation. Noise from the KTV and the rooftop bar can be quite loud, especially at night, which may not be suitable for light sleepers. Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable room, but addressing the water heater issue and improving sound insulation would make the stay much better.

location n staff good especially a Abang Tarmizi(security/doorman) who assisted me to carry my baggages up to my room. breakfast wise: could be better as some food items not topup and lukewarm

Overall it is very good. Especially the location, just walk for less than 5mins from the ferry terminal. And it's near everywhere we go. The hotel staff speaks English and the service is good. However, there are 4 downsides of this hotel. - There's no ventilator in the toilet. - The toilet floor is not well level, water is all over the place after the shower. - The mattress was sagged to a side. - There's this one day, around 8.30am, I was sleeping, the staff came knocking and multiple doorbells rang until we walked to the door. They were asking if we wanted to do laundry. That night, I had to put up the 'do not disturb sign'. Other than that, it's good.

The hotel location is very convenient and is near the harbour bay ferry station . Good service and the hotel is clean . Will stay there again if I am going batam again .

Based on the good reviews, I chose this hotel n really enjoyed the good vibes, good decor, good service, very clean n everything new n nice. Hotel provides shuttle service. Staff all approachable n helpful n informative. Will definitely come back again. Stayed 6th to 8th January. Just that be careful when entering the bathroom door, the threshold of the bathroom is sharp n missing something to cover it.
