City Viva Hotel (Macau) Limited

I arrived during a heavy downpour, struggling with my large suitcase, so I booked this hotel last minute for a place to stay. Since it was too early for check-in, the hotel kindly stored my luggage, which was a very thoughtful service. The location was convenient for getting around, the room was spacious, and the toiletries were well-stocked. Overall, it was a great experience. My trip to Macau this time was quite rushed, so I hope to visit again soon!

Environment: The decor is quite new and spacious. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy. Service: I arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon and was quite tired, so I asked the front desk if I could check in early. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me coordinate the room's readiness. As soon as a room was cleaned, she immediately arranged for me to check in. Many thanks to the staff.

The hotel is of great quality, and the facilities are excellent. They even considered guests from mainland China and other countries with their outlets, including USB-C ports. What's interesting is that you can see Macao Polytechnic University right outside the window.

The newly renovated areas are beautiful. While the room itself is small, it's perfectly functional, and the bathroom and toilet are surprisingly spacious. It's also very close to the pier, and there's an airport bus that drops you off near the hotel. Check-out is conveniently at 12 PM.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in – the room looked even better than the pictures! It's not huge, but everything is arranged perfectly, and all the furnishings are new and spotless. They don't even require a deposit for check-in. It's located right across from a university, which makes it feel very safe, and it's wonderfully quiet at night, so I slept soundly. The pillows were super comfortable, and the staff were really welcoming and patient with all my questions. A truly great hotel! ✅

The room was spacious and quite clean. I arrived a little after 1 PM and they were very kind to let me check in early. There were two small bottles of water in the room. It takes about half an hour to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's area.
