Facilities: The shower pressure is great, there's an electric toilet, and the hairdryer is powerful. Environment: It's located right at one end of the scenic area, just turn right after entering. Very easy to find. It's close to Lingyin Temple, Beigaofeng Cableway, and the Lingyin Temple bus stop. Service: Excellent. The staff contacted us by phone a week in advance and even created a WeChat group to inform us about local transportation. 🚗 On the day of arrival, they asked for our estimated time of arrival in Hangzhou and sent a business van to pick us up from outside the traffic control zone. The driver was very enthusiastic! 💁 The front desk staff waited for us at the village entrance, helped us with our luggage, and led us to the B&B (it was only a short walk). Once we arrived, they made us tea and recommended restaurants. A tip for everyone: remember the location. Although the staff will come to pick you up again if you get lost, if you come back late when it's dark, it can be easy to get lost. My friend and I had a bit of trouble finding our way back, and we even ran into others who were also looking for their B&B. 😆 🌃 The night shift staff member was truly wonderful. When we returned at night and asked about hiking, as it was our first time and we weren't familiar with the routes for Lingyin Temple, Lingshun Temple, etc., he even drew a map on paper to help us understand. He was very patient and meticulous! I highly recommend both of Jixian's B&Bs, I've stayed at both. The service is standardized and systematic, which is very impressive for such a popular scenic spot. Even in a place that doesn't lack tourists, they still treat every guest with care. It's clear that everyone, from the owner to every staff member, is responsible and has a great attitude.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the shared restrooms and showers are exceptionally clean, modern, and new. The cleaning staff even cleans in the middle of the night, ensuring everything is super clean. The rooms are also very clean and provide all sorts of disposable amenities. The downside is the poor soundproofing. While people generally aren't noisy, you can hear things like items being put down or doors opening and closing. However, during quiet hours, everyone speaks softly. The service is great, and the staff are all very professional, with handsome and beautiful individuals at the front desk. I didn't give a perfect score because I asked for my room to be cleaned that morning, specifically to have a takeaway bag removed and the trash taken out (without changing anything else). However, it wasn't done by the time I returned in the afternoon. Still, the cleaning lady came in the evening and was very kind and patient, asking if I needed any disposable items replaced or if I wanted two extra bottles of mineral water. Overall, it was still quite good.

I booked this place after seeing many recommendations on Xiaohongshu, and it really lived up to the hype – super clean! The staff were all very friendly. The toiletries are in a separate washroom, and the hygiene is impeccable. Plus, there's a common area where you can eat takeout.

Overall, it was decent. My special-offer room was fine, but space was limited – no room for a suitcase, and even a backpack was a tight fit. Soundproofing was average for a hostel, neither good nor bad, and really depends on the other guests. Facilities-wise, I'd rate them as upper-average among the hostels I've stayed in. There were generally enough sinks, showers, and squat toilets. However, most of the faucets in the wash area only had cold water. I finally found one with hot water, but it was scalding, and there was no temperature control, which was a bit disappointing. The drying area was also quite small, and the shower slippers provided were messy. I've stayed in other hostels where disinfected slippers were clearly separated and neatly arranged, so this wasn't ideal. The mattress was a bit soft, okay for a night or two. On the plus side, it's very close to the subway – literally just a few steps from the station exit. Considering the location and the good ceiling height in the private room which didn't feel cramped, it's acceptable for a short stay.

The room was very clean and had no strange odors. The decor and facilities were relatively new. I couldn't figure out how to work the TV, so I didn't watch it. Housekeeping was prompt. It's less than a 15-minute walk to West Lake if you're quick. There are many bars downstairs, and it's lively with young people at night. The soundproofing is quite good.

My stay at Pod Inn (Qingchun Square, Jingfang Road Subway Station) exceeded my expectations! The rooms were clean and tidy, and every detail was thoughtfully thought out. The price was affordable and the value was excellent. The location is perfect, right next to the subway station, making travel extremely convenient. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an ideal choice. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality and value! 👍

We mostly booked the hostel hoping for a social vibe but unfortunately this isn't really present. Everyone keeps to themselves in the common areas and there doesn't seem to be much interaction. When we asked staff about any social evening/night recommendations there wasn't really anything specific they could recommend. The hostel is a bit out of the way from the lake but quite easy to get to by means of a short bus ride. There's not much vegetarian places around so if you're a vegetarian that can be a bit difficult. The laundry is also not included in the price and costs extra. Aside from this, the room was very clean and the hostel was obviously very well maintained, however if you're an international traveller hoping to meet some other backpackers in Hangzhou it's not ideal.
