Vlad DrillerThe hotel is quite new, everything feels fresh, the location is excellent, and the breakfast is perfectly adequate. The room is spacious. However, the service 'lags significantly.' It's clear there's a lack of proper management: laundry services aren't set up, the phone in the room is useless, the TV isn't connected to channels, the shower partition isn't sealed properly, so you end up in a puddle after showering, and so on. I hope the staff quickly rectifies these shortcomings and hires an experienced manager, as all these minor inconveniences detract from the overall impression of the hotel.

SabrinaaaaaaaaaaStayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

Nao familyThe hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Amenities included bottled water, instant coffee and tea, a kettle, and a mini-refrigerator. There was no safety deposit box. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great for unwinding after a long day.
For breakfast, they even had salmon and other fish, which is unusual for Uzbekistan! The breakfast area was spacious and had a relaxing atmosphere.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

I believe the gentleman named AMAZIGEN (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was the best; he helped me call and notify local clients, which I genuinely appreciate. Of course, the other staff members were also great, and the hotel's chef prepared breakfast every day. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Monika_bThis is a good hotel. We stayed at the Hilton before this, and this hotel is no different in terms of quality. It's clean, and the housekeeping is daily, with excellent staff. The downside (we stayed in March 2026) is that there's absolutely nothing nearby. The fountains weren't working, and neither were the water park, amusement park, or shopping center! In the summer, during peak season, it would probably be wonderful here! But not at any other time of year!

Guest UserI really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Regency. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex.

Guest UserEverything was great: the location, the room, and the breakfasts. Everything was clean, with excellent plumbing, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a toothbrush provided. The room had a kettle, cups, tea, and coffee. The air conditioning worked well. We stayed in room 206; the view from the window wasn't great, but it wasn't critical for us as we spent very little time in the hotel. We had a free hour at the spa, but the spa wasn't very good. The hammam wasn't working, the pool water was very cold and a bit cloudy, and while the sauna was good, there was a persistent sewer smell in the showers and by the pool. There's a terrace with a view of the old town. The administrator, Aziza, was friendly and sweet. Overall, everything was good! 👍

Anastassia KWonderful hotel! It's located just a 15-minute walk from Registan. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo). Breakfast was delicious, with sweet melon and watermelon always available. There's also a pool and sauna, which we booked and used daily. I mentioned in the booking that this trip was a birthday gift for my mom, and they even prepared a small cake for her 🥹 So sweet!
