Spa Hotels in Samarkand

The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Amenities included bottled water, instant coffee and tea, a kettle, and a mini-refrigerator. There was no safety deposit box. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great for unwinding after a long day. For breakfast, they even had salmon and other fish, which is unusual for Uzbekistan! The breakfast area was spacious and had a relaxing atmosphere. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

We set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

I stayed at the Mustafa Hotel in Samarkand. It just opened this year—everything is brand new, fresh, and works perfectly. I loved everything. What I'd like to highlight: 1. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern. The interior is thoughtfully designed down to the last detail—stylish and tasteful, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. It's a pleasure to be in the lobby, rooms, and common areas. It's not just ”canteen-style” cleanliness, but truly beautiful design. 2. The pool is excellent. A big plus for Samarkand—after a long day of walking in the heat, it's so nice to take a dip. The pool is clean, well-maintained, with a comfortable seating area around it. 3. Everything is new. Since the hotel opened this year, there's no worn-out furniture, no scuffed surfaces, no limescale-covered plumbing. Everything works like clockwork. This is a huge plus that outweighs many other points. 4. The hotel is modern yet cozy. Not a huge, faceless ”concrete box,” but a neat, well-thought-out option for a comfortable stay. Overall, if you want to stay in a truly new, beautiful hotel with a great pool and stylish interior, Mustafa Hotel is an excellent choice. I was very pleased.

The room facilities, services and communication were not complained. I think it's a service that can be handled by any country.

Everything was great: the location, the room, and the breakfasts. Everything was clean, with excellent plumbing, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a toothbrush provided. The room had a kettle, cups, tea, and coffee. The air conditioning worked well. We stayed in room 206; the view from the window wasn't great, but it wasn't critical for us as we spent very little time in the hotel. We had a free hour at the spa, but the spa wasn't very good. The hammam wasn't working, the pool water was very cold and a bit cloudy, and while the sauna was good, there was a persistent sewer smell in the showers and by the pool. There's a terrace with a view of the old town. The administrator, Aziza, was friendly and sweet. Overall, everything was good! 👍

The room can be a bit old and the bathroom space is small. Service needs translation.

Unexpected hotel, very new, facilities in all aspects are new feeling, hotel service attitude is also good, but originally said in advance to help pack breakfast in the morning and put the refrigerator in the end did not see the arrangement.

It's a single room, and the beds are too close together, so I don't mind being a little uncomfortable, but the breakfast was so terrible that I gave up after two days.
