Spa Hotels in Samarkand

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, extending one of them. Everything was comfortable; the hotel is new and clean. It's a 25-minute drive from the airport, and you can walk or take a taxi to the main attractions. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony, and they let us keep the same room when we extended our stay, so we didn't have to move. The staff are attentive and helpful, and the breakfasts are good.

I highly recommend this hotel! I was torn between two Hilton properties, but I'm so glad I chose this one. It's incredibly convenient – a taxi ride anywhere only costs 10-20 som. Since I couldn't use ride-sharing apps due to my registration, the front desk helped me call taxis every day. A special thanks to Ismigul and Amin, who spoke perfect English and were incredibly helpful, calling countless taxis for me daily 🚗. For anyone visiting Samarkand, don't hesitate to pick this hotel. The breakfast was also excellent, with make-your-own waffles that my son devoured every morning. They even gave me a discount on my massage. Overall, this hotel made our trip complete.

The hotel is located near the Bibihanum Mosque. The location to the attractions is moderate, the facilities are relatively new, the room is soundproof, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and varied, the yellow ATM at the door can be exchanged for Sum in US dollars, the exchange rate is similar to the airport, very good, the overall price is relatively high. The disadvantage is that the bath water is hot and cold, the water temperature is unstable, and it has been watered once. ps. The restaurant opposite the hotel is delicious and not expensive. Few tourists go. They are all locals. Recommend!

The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Amenities included bottled water, instant coffee and tea, a kettle, and a mini-refrigerator. There was no safety deposit box. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great for unwinding after a long day. For breakfast, they even had salmon and other fish, which is unusual for Uzbekistan! The breakfast area was spacious and had a relaxing atmosphere. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!

The room facilities, services and communication were not complained. I think it's a service that can be handled by any country.

Everything was great: the location, the room, and the breakfasts. Everything was clean, with excellent plumbing, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a toothbrush provided. The room had a kettle, cups, tea, and coffee. The air conditioning worked well. We stayed in room 206; the view from the window wasn't great, but it wasn't critical for us as we spent very little time in the hotel. We had a free hour at the spa, but the spa wasn't very good. The hammam wasn't working, the pool water was very cold and a bit cloudy, and while the sauna was good, there was a persistent sewer smell in the showers and by the pool. There's a terrace with a view of the old town. The administrator, Aziza, was friendly and sweet. Overall, everything was good! 👍

Wonderful hotel! It's located just a 15-minute walk from Registan. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo). Breakfast was delicious, with sweet melon and watermelon always available. There's also a pool and sauna, which we booked and used daily. I mentioned in the booking that this trip was a birthday gift for my mom, and they even prepared a small cake for her 🥹 So sweet!
