The location was good and the hotel was clean. Overall, I would recommend it.
The staff were kind and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel with a same-day reservation, they seemed to have prepared a larger room than expected, allowing me to relax comfortably.
There is no elevator, but this is a common building structure in Uzbekistan, so it wasn't a problem.
The breakfast was sufficient considering it was included in the room rate.
There is a currency exchange machine in the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're short on cash.
Finally, be careful with the bathroom facilities in the room.

Monika_bThis is a good hotel. We stayed at the Hilton before this, and this hotel is no different in terms of quality. It's clean, and the housekeeping is daily, with excellent staff. The downside (we stayed in March 2026) is that there's absolutely nothing nearby. The fountains weren't working, and neither were the water park, amusement park, or shopping center! In the summer, during peak season, it would probably be wonderful here! But not at any other time of year!

Anonymous UserEven though I arrived late at night, I was kindly checked in and shown to my room. The hotel is located in a back alley, but it's easy to find as there are many signs. I could walk to all the tourist attractions in Samarkand. It was a great location. The breakfast was also very delicious.

It's a nice hotel, new, and everything is as it should be. It smells great, and the service is excellent. There's a shop nearby. It's located in an industrial area near the Moscow Ring Road, so before booking because of the airport, check to see if it's the right airport.
Overall, it's a decent hotel.

Guest UserBeautiful hotel with a wine cellar downstairs, conveniently located 12 minutes' walk from the train station. However, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center.
On the downside: it was cold! There was no heating in the room, and we froze at night! (It was 10 degrees Celsius outside, so naturally, it was cold inside too). Our room faced the road, and the noise insulation was terrible! We could hear everything from the street and the corridor!
There was a cigarette smell in the room! It seemed like someone had been smoking, and despite airing it out, the smell wouldn't go away! We asked to change rooms but were refused, told there were no other rooms available! Very unpleasant!
We did extend our stay by 6 hours for half the price, which was a plus.
Pros: The room had everything advertised, including a bathrobe – though only one, even though I booked for two people. The shower was broken; both showerheads (the rain shower too) seemed clogged, and water came out from the side on both, making it very inconvenient to shower.
There were only two pillows; four would have been better.
Other pros: Decent breakfast with coffee from a machine. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and cozy.
There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway.
The beds are comfortable.

Syidah MIt was an amazing stay (if it’s not for the hiccup) with friendly and attentive staff.!
However, I booked the place because of its amenities - bathtub which turns out not able to use.
I approached the staff and was told, yes, the bathtub’s drain cover are not available and that was natural.
So the bathtub is build only to be an inconvenience, to climb over each time to shower on it not for warmth soaking after long day.
So, is it worth the money paid? Nope, you can get better price hotel without bathtub.
As I said, I booked for its amenities listed on just to made not available.

Guest UserLocation of the address is inaccurate. Taxis tend to stop at opposite the road. Signage is very small. Need to pay attention to see the blue signage.
I like to quietness and quaintness of this hotel, but bathroom facilities wise, it not fulfilling the basic needs of a traveller because of the shower facility. Otherwise, Environment is good, i like especially the outdoor seating space at ground floor.
The hot water in the bathroom is very inconsistent. Water flow is very low from the shower head. Sometimes water get very hot and almost burnt my skin many times. Bathroom is very cramp very difficult to get even a proper shower. The staff did their best they can to clean up the place, fix the shower head and offer good service. But the facilities of the shower room needs proper maintenance and servicing, inconsistent hot water supply is frustrating.

Nick31121987We arrived late, but check-in is 24/7. A very polite young man greeted us at the entrance, showed us everything, and explained it all. Breakfasts are modest; we only ate there once in two days. The room has everything, including slippers and disposable toothbrushes. The hotel is located near Islam Karimov Square, which is also where Registan is.

Guest UserI thought this hotel was a fantastic value. I am a budget traveler and just want a clean, safe place with good wifi. This place was perfect for me. The location is incredible and convenient to the main attractions of the city. The farthest is the Prophet's Tomb, which is maybe a 40-45 minute walk. Everything else is just 5-15 minutes away. There are a bunch of restaurants, shopping, ice cream stands all around, including the bottom of the hotel is adjacent to a restaurant. The room itself was perfect. I had Room 12, which has a window that opens for lots of fresh air. It opens to a room with no visible others, so you get a lot of privacy as well. The wifi worked perfectly and the breakfast was a nice touch. I didn't see any bugs and had no problems with anything at all. The place was clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

ああああああああああああああThe entrance is exactly where other reviews mentioned; you get a password sent to you, enter it, and you're in. The front desk is on the second floor, to your right. There's staff who can speak English, and I had some good conversations with one of them while we smoked. If you step out of the entrance and look across the street to your right, there's a red building that's a shashlik place, and it was really delicious. Right in front of the entrance, there's an 'osh' restaurant that they said was good too, but I didn't get a chance to go due to time constraints. As for the hotel facilities, the room has air conditioning, and the toilet and shower are shared. There's also a washing machine, so you might be able to use it if you ask. I don't think there was a hairdryer.
