I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic place, actually more of a guesthouse, but I highly recommend it! The location is great, just about 800 meters from the hotel to Registan Square. The hotel cleans promptly, the staff speak English, and the breakfast is rich and varied. They even made my sleeping bag neatly!

Shahjahon Hotel is located in a very unassuming neighborhood, tucked among local houses and small shops. But once you step through its gates, you’re welcomed by a magnificent, quintessentially Uzbek façade, charming! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy after a long day of exploring. We were treated to a typical Uzbek breakfast, generous and nourishing. The hotel is just a short walk from Registan Square and the main historical attractions, making it very convenient. A lovely and comfortable base for exploring Samarkand.

We expected a clean and comfortable room from a 4-star hotel, but the room was a bit dusty and the atmosphere wasn’t great. We booked two nights but ended up checking out after the first night and moving to a different hotel

Clean, spacious room in a beautiful hotel which is close to the main attractions. Breakfast is also good. The only issue we had was that the WiFi network range is not good on the 3rd floor sometimes. When we complained, they installed a new router in the room. Even after that the TV had issues finding the Wifi network. Other than that, we were very happy with the room and it's location.

The service was friendly and prompt and the room was clean and comfortable. They provided four water bottles which was much appreciated in this heat. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the full spa in the basement, which we had all to ourselves for an hour and a half. Great location about ten minutes walk from the Registan square. Fantastic value for Samarkand!
