Siab Bazaar is less than three kilometers away and Ulugh Beg Observatory is five kilometers away. The Samarkand International Airport is a 10-minute drive from the hotel.
"A true Hilton experience. The rooms are clean, convenient, and comfortable. The staff is polite. The elevators work perfectly. The breakfasts are a bit meager, which is unusual for this hotel chain. For fruits, they only had apples, bananas, sliced oranges, and kiwi. Despite it being berry season, there were no berries at breakfast. Downstairs, there's a spa center with a pool and sauna. Bathrobes and towels are readily available at the spa. In the morning, they found us at breakfast and wished my husband a happy birthday, even treating him to a delicious cheesecake. The only upside for me, and a downside for my husband, is that the hotel doesn't serve any alcohol at all. But there's an alcohol store not far away, so the celebration was still a success."

"The location is almost too convenient; it's just a five-minute walk from the train station. All the attractions in Samarkand are on a straight line, and it takes about twenty minutes by taxi from the hotel to either end of that line. So you can stay overnight, visit all the attractions the next day, then take a taxi back to collect your luggage and head back to Tashkent or Bukhara in the evening. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with a bank, shops, supermarket, and cafes nearby, as well as a public transport stop. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Housekeeping cleaned daily, changed towels, and replenished toiletries. Two bottles of water were provided in our room every day. We booked with breakfast, and it was all delicious. When we checked out early, they even gave us a very generous lunch box, which we ate on the train, complete with cutlery and napkins. We stayed in room 203 on the second floor, and I was pleased that the air conditioner wasn't directly above the bed but in the hallway, so it didn't blow on us and was practically silent. The staff are very polite and speak Russian; they're always ready to explain and assist with anything you need. I was also happy that there was no outside street noise or sounds from neighbors in the room."

"We booked the rooms through Trip.com and paid in advance. We also confirmed the booking by calling the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM, left our luggage, went out to the city, and returned around 5:00 PM. Check-in time was 3:00 PM, but even two hours later, our room still wasn't ready. The front desk staff struggled to provide information, and it was very difficult to get any updates from them. After repeated requests and waiting for an hour to an hour and a half, we finally got our rooms. Frankly, such a situation is unacceptable for an international brand hotel like this. We specifically chose Hilton to avoid these kinds of 'surprises.' It's worth noting that the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent."

"The room I got at this hotel was surprisingly good – clean and tidy! Since I was leaving Samarkand the next day, and this place was affordable and relatively close to the train station, I decided to stay here even though the amenities listed 'no bathroom.' Turns out, it had a bathroom, and it was a great wet/dry separation setup! I actually discussed this with the owner; he didn't understand Chinese and wasn't aware that the platform stated 'no bathroom,' so he'll be updating that. The owner was incredibly kind. He knew we were coming and waited for us at the entrance, and even helped us get a taxi when we left. He's honestly the best hotel owner I met in all of Uzbekistan, absolutely fantastic! I hope my Chinese friends who see this review will choose this hotel when in Samarkand, Uzbekistan – you'll thank me later. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures, so I'm using the hotel's photos."

"We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best.
The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…"

"The hotel is located within a park, quite a distance from the train station, about a 30-minute taxi ride away. The surroundings are spacious and quiet.
Breakfast starts at 7 AM and offers a wide variety of delicious options. During my stay, I even encountered a tour group of Chinese visitors.
The room had central heating, which made it so warm that I had to open the window at night to ventilate.
Upon check-in, there was a mix-up; after we swiped our key card and entered the room, we found a young Russian girl already occupying it – she must have gotten quite a fright! We quickly exited and went back to the front desk to sort it out. They promptly moved us to the adjacent room and sent up a fruit platter as an apology.
For solo female travelers, it's always important to keep your door locked at all times! 😂"

For solo travellers, it’s easy to feel helpless in a foreign cities, but he gave us lots of help navigating transportation and other stuff. I could not have done it without his kind assistance. Not to mention, the guest house is in a great location and everything are clean!

The owner was incredibly kind, the room was spacious, and having a refrigerator was a real lifesaver during the heat of June. The shared kitchen was also a huge help, as I was really missing Japanese food. Just a heads-up for now: there's construction on the road near the hotel, so you might need to coordinate the pickup point when calling a taxi with Yandex. Regardless, it's an excellent hotel, and I would definitely love to stay here again when I return to Samarkand. Thank you very much!

The location was good and the hotel was clean. Overall, I would recommend it.
The staff were kind and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel with a same-day reservation, they seemed to have prepared a larger room than expected, allowing me to relax comfortably.
There is no elevator, but this is a common building structure in Uzbekistan, so it wasn't a problem.
The breakfast was sufficient considering it was included in the room rate.
There is a currency exchange machine in the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're short on cash.
Finally, be careful with the bathroom facilities in the room.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

It's a nice hotel, new, and everything is as it should be. It smells great, and the service is excellent. There's a shop nearby. It's located in an industrial area near the Moscow Ring Road, so before booking because of the airport, check to see if it's the right airport.
Overall, it's a decent hotel.

Guest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! I made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helped me sort everything out. They were all super friendly, helped with our luggage, and provided exceptional service. The entire hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We woke up a bit late and worried we'd miss breakfast, but it turned out the hotel offered à la carte Western breakfast and freshly ground coffee, which tasted great, and the service was really thoughtful. The location is also super convenient, very close to the train station, making getting around a breeze. I chose this place specifically because I didn't want to stay near the necropolis area; it's about 5km from the attractions, and getting a taxi was very easy. Throughout my stay, I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Uzbekistan. My accommodation experience was perfect, I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Guest UserAfter a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

Guest UserLocation of the address is inaccurate. Taxis tend to stop at opposite the road. Signage is very small. Need to pay attention to see the blue signage.
I like to quietness and quaintness of this hotel, but bathroom facilities wise, it not fulfilling the basic needs of a traveller because of the shower facility. Otherwise, Environment is good, i like especially the outdoor seating space at ground floor.
The hot water in the bathroom is very inconsistent. Water flow is very low from the shower head. Sometimes water get very hot and almost burnt my skin many times. Bathroom is very cramp very difficult to get even a proper shower. The staff did their best they can to clean up the place, fix the shower head and offer good service. But the facilities of the shower room needs proper maintenance and servicing, inconsistent hot water supply is frustrating.

The room door was incredibly difficult to open and lock; the host explained it three or four times before I finally got the hang of it, but it was still a struggle to operate. Even though Samarkand had already canceled the tourist tax by the time I checked in, the host still charged it. As for breakfast, it was very mediocre.

There is no hotel sign yet, and the building itself is still partially unfinished, so arriving for the first time can be a little confusing. But the location is already properly listed on both Yandex Maps and Google Maps, making it still quite easy to find. It is also only around 1.2 km from Registan Square, so walking there is very manageable.
The staff were extremely kind and responsive throughout the stay. They spoke English well and were easy to contact, which was especially helpful since I arrived around midnight. Despite the late arrival, the check-in process was smooth and stress-free.
I booked a double room, which did not have a private bathroom and instead used a shared one. The room itself was spacious and clean, although the bed was a bit firm. The hotel also has a shared kitchen, which was very useful during the stay.
Overall, a comfortable stay with very kind staff, especially for travelers looking for a more budget-friendly option.
