A wonderful hotel for a vacation in Samarkand! The rooms are simply magnificent — clean, stylish, and cozy. The staff are friendly and attentive; you immediately feel cared for. Special praise goes to the kitchen — the quality and taste of the food are outstanding. The excellent laundry service was a pleasant surprise — very convenient for a long trip. And the pool is just luxurious, the best place to relax after a busy day. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend time in Samarkand with maximum comfort!

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Samarkand and were very satisfied. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, about a 20-minute drive away. For travelers with a car, this is actually convenient, especially since there's private parking available on-site. The staff deserves a special mention. All employees are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help or answer any questions. A nice touch is the pitcher of cool water with ice and fruit always available at the reception, which is particularly refreshing after walking around hot Samarkand. The rooms are clean, bright, and cozy, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, snow-white bath towels, soft bathrobes, quality disposable slippers, and good toothbrushes – such small details make the stay even more comfortable. The bedding deserves special mention: a very comfortable mattress, a soft fluffy blanket, and excellent pillows, thanks to which we slept wonderfully. Room cleaning and towel changes are done daily. Breakfasts also left a pleasant impression: delicious, varied, and with a good selection of dishes. The only suggestion would be if guests were informed during breakfast that freshly prepared omelets could be ordered. We only found out on the third day, and the omelet turned out to be very tasty. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a high level of service. If you're traveling by car or don't mind not being in the very city center, I can confidently recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel with a wine cellar downstairs, conveniently located 12 minutes' walk from the train station. However, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center. On the downside: it was cold! There was no heating in the room, and we froze at night! (It was 10 degrees Celsius outside, so naturally, it was cold inside too). Our room faced the road, and the noise insulation was terrible! We could hear everything from the street and the corridor! There was a cigarette smell in the room! It seemed like someone had been smoking, and despite airing it out, the smell wouldn't go away! We asked to change rooms but were refused, told there were no other rooms available! Very unpleasant! We did extend our stay by 6 hours for half the price, which was a plus. Pros: The room had everything advertised, including a bathrobe – though only one, even though I booked for two people. The shower was broken; both showerheads (the rain shower too) seemed clogged, and water came out from the side on both, making it very inconvenient to shower. There were only two pillows; four would have been better. Other pros: Decent breakfast with coffee from a machine. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and cozy. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. The beds are comfortable.

Residing in the hotel 2 nights, enjoyed the service on the recipes and breakfast, all very kind) the hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)

The hotel is perfectly located, a 15-minute walk from Registan Square. It's very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the towels are crisp white. The breakfast is quite good, and the coffee machine was a plus, along with fruit and vegetables. I recommend it.

This is a good hotel. We stayed at the Hilton before this, and this hotel is no different in terms of quality. It's clean, and the housekeeping is daily, with excellent staff. The downside (we stayed in March 2026) is that there's absolutely nothing nearby. The fountains weren't working, and neither were the water park, amusement park, or shopping center! In the summer, during peak season, it would probably be wonderful here! But not at any other time of year!

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Regency. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex.

Good hotel. We consistently dined at the restaurant à la carte, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The only issue was when ordering room service, the restaurant staff mixed up our order, and we had to wait 1.5 hours for them to remake our dinner. The rooms are large, clean, and overlook the rowing canal, with a balcony. The mini-bar was empty. Housekeeping was daily, with water refills and fresh towels. In the evening, you can relax on the attic terrace. The spa is located in the neighboring 5-star hotel of the same chain (guests get a 50% discount), and it's very good. Breakfasts were excellent, constantly refilled, and the waitstaff quickly cleared everything away. Overall, I recommend this hotel 5/5, it was the best part of our vacation in Uzbekistan.

Excellent, new, and fresh hotel. There are a few other good hotels nearby, and a tourist village (more interesting in the evening than during the day). It's not in the historical center, but you can run along the canal! Good restaurant, excellent breakfasts. Taxis arrive quickly, even at 5 AM. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises!
