GGuest UserI had an early train, and this was the perfect hotel for a good night's sleep before it. For one night in Samarkand, you couldn't ask for better – they even let me check in before 2 PM. Upon arrival, it's about a 5-minute walk from the train station, and if you take the right exit over the bridge above the tracks, you'll come straight to the entrance. The breakfast was clean and tasty. The room had a fresh renovation, was spacious, and comfortable. It was super for my needs. There's a grocery market nearby and a tram line, but getting to the center takes a while if there's traffic.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively close to the station, about a 20-minute walk, and they offer a shuttle service. It's a rather upscale hotel. It's also not far from nearby attractions, which are quite enjoyable and won't get boring even after multiple visits.

GGuest UserНовый отель - меньше года постройки. Оцениваем на 4+ хотя достаточного много моментов, которые можно улучшить. Сразу скажу были в начале января и был минус на улице, вполне возможно часть проблем когда тепло Вы не заметите:
1) одно утро не было горячей воды. Она и так идёт не сразу, но тут дождаться не удалось
2). Держатель для душа установлен на высоте больше 2х метров. Дети не дотянуться.
3) над уборкой надо работать - какой то грязный коврик из прихожей положили в ванную. Это было очень странно - свернули в трубочку и убрали из вида. Вообще уборка не очень. Например не выбросили переполненную урну.
4) на завтрак надо приходить в куртке и шапке. Очень холодно. Зачем то стоит кондей на 16 градусов и дует на все помещение. Персонал (повара) тоже в куртках
В любом случае это все исправимо, и когда тепло думаю кроме уборки остальное будет незаметно.
Да кому важно - в нашем номере было очень маленькое окошко очень высоко. Тоже странное решение - см. Фото

There are many places to spray it, but it is not useless.
When I arrived on the first night, I really wanted to explode: 1 room made a mistake for me! I went to a room first, how come there are two boxes when the door opens! I didn't dare to go in for fear of being killed, so I asked the front desk to open the door for me to confirm. I didn't expect that there were really guests inside! I guess it should scare the other party to death. 2 I paid online, they made a mistake for me, and asked me to pay again. Fortunately, I found out in time that I returned. 3 The door of room 3 is opened outside and there is no safety button. People who really have security anxiety will really be anxious. The soundproofing of the 4 room is really bad, the door gap is relatively large, and the voice of the people outside is all transmitted to the room. With the above things, I really thought about giving it a bad review the next day. But the next day I had a better experience. First of all, the breakfast restaurant, the environment is good, and this sparrow hotel, the dishes are worthy of its size. The pool is adding water every day and the basic cleaning. There is also room decoration, furniture, in fact, it is OK, basically no difference with the picture. The waiter saw that everyone said it was very bad before, maybe this time I changed a wave? The attitude towards us is good. English is a bit worse, but our English is also very bad. Stayed for two days, I feel that this store actually wants to operate well, it may be that the hotel management experience is insufficient, resulting in confusion inside, the details are not good. There is room for improvement, and the staff will not give a bad review.

GGuest UserWe really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.

OOlesia MurashovaThe hotel staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. We were checked in early, without extra charges. They look for ways to help with all questions. There is water/tea in the room, sweets for tea. The only drawback is the lack of a kitchen. Breakfast is brought from somewhere. It is warmed up. Well, and there is nowhere to have a snack in the evening in the hotel either. But they offer and help to use the food delivery service.

AAnonymous UserThe photos on Ctrip are accurate; the hotel is new and clean. It's located in a quiet alleyway in a residential area. However, it has a number of drawbacks.
First, the breakfast selection of hot dishes is extremely limited, consisting of only white rice, fried eggs, grilled sausage, and oatmeal porridge – nothing else.
Second, the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is practically nonexistent. To get any signal, you need to sit on a stool outside the room or on the toilet seat. The Wi-Fi signal on the bed and at the desk area is essentially zero.
I saw at least four staff members at the front desk, two men and two women. The male receptionist was very rude. He would smile at you, but if you made a request, such as asking for another room key or checking the Wi-Fi, he would make excuses and continue playing on his phone, not even bothering to look at you. The female receptionist was very polite.
The hotel has no parking. Most people park their cars less than half a meter below the windows on the first floor. The soundproofing is poor; although the alley is quiet, the noise of people chatting and starting cars at 2 or 3 AM will wake you up.
Of the above drawbacks, the most noteworthy is the WiFi issue. The front desk admitted without even checking that their WiFi signal was faulty and unreliable, presumably due to numerous customer complaints. If you need WiFi access for work, please consider carefully before booking this place.
