Wow I thought this hotel was amazing, room had a washing machine/dryer in that was a game changer as we had been traveling for nearly three weeks.. we only had one night here but staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel boat ran every hour and was a good way to get to the other river boats. Excellent service. Decent breakfast. Complimentary Thai traditional session provided as well. Complimentary aqua therapy session provided which was a unique and enjoyable experience. Aesthetically pleasing swimming pool.

My family and I stayed here for 4 days. We loved this boutique hotel. The hotel design is very instagramable and the pool is stunning. However, the check in process took quite a long time due to the holiday season and the staff didn’t explain the facilities etc throughly. The spa is incredible and it is one of the best I have had in bkk.

Breakfast was not too bad. Rooms were a bit small in size. Pool also quite small. The aquatherapy was interesting. Got room later than expected. Good thing is close to Asiatique. And hourly boat to SiamIcon. Wanted to try BRIX Cafe tea course but miscommunication, missed it. Need to book and pay in advance. The tea set looked nice and good deal.

Nice hotel, nice pool and view at riverside, provide shuttle boat to go Iconsiam. Slots of massage.

Beautifully designed hotel and it was relatively easy to travel to ICONSIAM with the complimentary boat shuttle services. Apart from that, the room was clean and well kept. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The services were 'excellent' in a bad way because sadly we had the feeling that we were treated badly by the standards of a so-called 5-star hotel. Much of the hotel staff that served us seemed to have looked down upon us as if they were saying to us, 'you guys don't fit in here, why would you guys be here?' except for the newbie staff members who served us in the buffet breakfast. And the key card for our room went malfunctioned for 3 times during our stay. And somehow it seemed to us that we were denied access to some of the iconic places of the hotel like the rooftop garden and the famed jacuzzi with our room key card even after it had been fixed, claimed by the hotel staff. And we are pretty sure that it's lobby was perhaps the tiniest among the 5-star hotels around the world. My partner described it as a 'fake 5-star hotel' that the hotel has tried very hard to be a 5-star one but it still has to take some more time to become a real one for the time being. Last but not least, we have to say that the hotel was sanitary and we enjoyed its buffet breakfast very much. Grateful! We've learnt a lot in this eye opening journey!

Beautiful hotel! deluxe river view rooms exceptional, with a distant view of the river, washer dryer, turndown service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we could sit riverside for dinner even though the hotel had closed the area for a wedding function. This was much appreciated as we would have been beyond disappointed to have missed this feature. Shuttle boat to Icon Siam every hour, great breakfast, great gym and games room. A gem of a hotel!
