GGuest UserA very nice small hotel (positions itself as a boutique). Excellent food. Prices are a little higher than, say, in town, but not by much.
Cleaning, service, etc. are all up to par.
There's a small but very beautiful reef with lots of turtles (though the entry into the water isn't great, but that's the case everywhere).
I should also mention the downsides:
1. The shower in the second-floor room has very weak water pressure, just a thin trickle (both hot and cold).
2. It's far from the airport (but good places in Cebu always are :( )

SSTEPHEN OCHIENG KULALIRadisson Blu Cebu made a strong impression on us from the moment we arrived. The reception team was genuinely welcoming and efficient—one of those check-ins that immediately sets the tone for a smooth, comfortable stay.
Breakfast was a daily highlight. There were plenty of delicious options to choose from, so everyone in the family could find something they loved. The omelette station deserves special mention: the chef was not only friendly and fast, but truly outstanding—hands down the best omelette experience I’ve had at any hotel. It sounds like a small detail, but it made mornings feel a little more special.
We also tried the lunch and dinner buffets, and they were spectacular. The selection was generous, the presentation was inviting, and everything we tasted felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of buffet that actually feels like part of the vacation rather than just a convenient meal.
What really stood out overall was how well the hotel works for both individuals and families. The atmosphere is relaxed and polished without being stiff, and our family enjoyed every bit of our time there. It felt easy to settle in, unwind, and just enjoy being together.
Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The hotel is right next to SM Cebu City Mall—literally just across the road—which was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and last-minute needs. We also found it easy to get to other major malls like Ayala Center Cebu and Robinsons Galleria, so getting around for errands or leisure was never a hassle.
All in all, Radisson Blu Cebu delivered on service, food, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—especially for families looking for a reliable, enjoyable stay in Cebu.

EEvgeny_5They put me in a room that didn't match the one I booked on Trip. When I asked why, the answer was 'overbooking.' The photos don't match the description, and so on.
It's best to get here from Moalboal by tricycle, around 150-200 pesos is ideal.
The room itself was clean and recently renovated. They make you sign a paper about being responsible for stains on the bedding and towels, which is the first time I've ever seen that. They also took a 1000 peso deposit. Additionally, you're not allowed to make noise, cook, etc. There are water dispensers on each floor. A big TV was a plus, as was the new A/C and fan. The bedding was clean, but there were ants.
But the main highlight is the direct access to the sea. There are also two pools and sun loungers. To the right, you can see sardines and turtles. Don't fall for people asking for money for snorkeling!
The buffet breakfast was quite good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marco Polo Plaza. The hotel offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the views from the Nivel Hills are absolutely stunning. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided the perfect environment for a relaxing getaway.
What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly professional and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the well-maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

GGuest UserI booked for a room with pool view which is more expensive than the rest of the rooms but i was greatly disappointed. We were placed in a room with a roof view and the view of another building! It was a waste of money! We only get to see the roof of something! Never again would i be paying extra money for a pool view when the hotel will not give us such kind of room as advertised. They said they will transfer us to a room with a pool view but it did not happen. We kept on waiting but it did not happen until we gave up.
The receptionist was a little disrespectful and impatient.
Worse still, they do not allow guests who have checked in the hotel to use the pool with inflatable play set and slides. I was mislead into thinking that guests can use the pool with inflatable play set for free. The hotel guests have to pay P600 per person in order for one to be able to use such pool and slides. I guess families with children have been more disappointed than me knowing that they and their kids could not use such pool for free.
So those who will try to book this hotel hoping their kids can enjoy the pool with inflatable play set and slides for free, think again. You will be greatly disappointed because you will only be able to use the ordinary pools.

GGuest UserNot satisfied with the service, Disappointed with our experience at Moalboal Tropics. We arrived at 9am hoping for an early check-in, but were made to wait until 2pm. Even basic amenities like pool towels were a struggle - told they weren't dry yet. Poor service for a premium experience. 😕 basically the filipino hospitality is not that welcoming. We are local but i don't think the practice is being serve.

GGuest UserI will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service. First time in my life I got to use the bidet as shower. We called the receptionist for our complain about the unbearable hot temperature of their shower and we are told that they will call the engineering dept.to respond to the issue. But after almost an hour of waiting (imagine, I already got my body pre-showered,because I stopped when I felt that the water is so hot) we got a call asking if we will be extending our stay. And luckily, it was my husband who answered the call. And calmly replied, “No, we will be checking out in a moment”. Because if I were the one who got the chance to answer the call, then I will say “we will definitely not extending our stay. And never to come again.”
I decided to just use the bidet as shower so we can leave the place.
I hope this will not happen to anybody.
Their price doesnt justify the means.
