"Beautiful, clean room. The view from the window wasn't great, but for my trip, it didn't matter as I just needed a clean room. The room has everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay: shower, bed. The photos are accurate. There's a rooftop restaurant with a nice view that's open late, but they only serve bar food. The plus is that it's open."

"Locals told me this is the most luxurious hotel in Cebu.
The opulent lobby and the kind, attentive staff truly impressed me.
The view from my room wasn't great as there was construction (probably another hotel) directly across, but the room was cleaned beautifully every day, making my stay very comfortable. I was also very happy to have a bathtub, as hotels with tubs are quite rare in Cebu. This meant the bathroom was quite spacious. Although you could see into the room from the outside, closing the curtains solved that completely.
The amenities were excellent, including toothbrushes, razors, combs, and more! I was also pleased to find body lotion.
I booked a plan with breakfast included, and I'm so glad I did! There was a wide variety of dishes, and the menu changed slightly every day, so I never got bored. While some dishes had a strong smell, the taste wasn't bad at all.
There are pools on the 4th and 5th floors, and the views were absolutely stunning, so I highly recommend checking them out. The pool on the 4th floor is smaller, but the panoramic views are fantastic for taking photos. The gym was also available 24 hours.
If I ever go to Cebu again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. It was so wonderful that I didn't want to go back to Japan..."

"The hotel's location is pretty good, about 3 kilometers from Pier 1 in Cebu, and there's a large shopping mall nearby. It's convenient to take a taxi to the airport from here, and traffic jams are less likely. Magellan's Cross, the Basilica del Santo Niño, and Ayala Center are also about 3 kilometers away by taxi. The beds in the twin room are small, but the room itself is clean and tidy. The hotel breakfast is decent."

"My overall stay is good. The hotel’s location is ideal.
Staff are pleasant.
Things to improve: no slippers. Free water refilling station would be good. The beds are not attached to the headboard and easily moves out of place.
I just noticed for two nights out of the four nights I stayed,
There were loud noises that’s coming from outside the room from several people who seemed to be casually discussing, laughing and hanging out and it went on for several minutes. That was already 10pm and it was distracting."

"Everything in this hotel works well except the food. I ordered room service and the quality of the food was not what I expected. The veggie kare-kare tasted like plain stir fry. The salted dried fish fried rice did not taste like there was dried fish at all. Buffet breakfast options were very limited. The tastes of the food that claims to be Cebuano are just sad. I hope they do something about their food quality because the people here are just wonderful. Concierge, reception, housekeeping, F&B... they are wonderful! The rooms are great too! I went there to relax after two weeks of back-to-back illness and I mostly stayed in the room to sleep and watch the French Open. Great bed and pillows! Shower pressure is perfect and the toiletries are complete and well stocked. There is access to a private beach and there is a sauna and pool on the second floor. I just really hope they make improvements with their food."

"The place is nice as expected but has a minimal timeline on the pool usage, it only opens from 7am to 7pm. That's one thing. Standout: their staff are really nice, very considerate. The father of my children visited us beyond the allowable time (i was not informed of their rules though) they're supposed to charge us for an additional fee but when I explained they did not hassle and understand the situation. So kudos to the front desk personnel whose wit is beyond measure. Overall our stay was a great 5 ⭐, because of this complex scenario. Thanks Crown Regency 😁"

"The hotel's location is good; there's a restaurant right next door where we ate every day, and the food was delicious. We had a big issue with the air conditioning. In our first room, it broke on the second day. We asked for it to be fixed, and they offered to move us to another room. It wasn't a quick change; we waited about 4 hours for the room swap, but I'm grateful they did it. However, in the new room, condensation was dripping from the AC unit above ours, and the constant dripping noise filled the room, making it hard to sleep. I suggest they install some kind of drip trays. Other than that, it was okay for a short stay."

"The receptionist said that the breakfast option was not included when I already paid for it. I thought it was resolved because she double checked it. The next day when we want to avail the breakfast buffet, they said that it's not included again when the receptionist already confirmed that it included on what I paid for. They ask us to wait for a minute and then allowed us to have the buffet. Please make sure to double check everything first."

"This hotel I had been interested in for a long time.
Both the doorman and the reception staff were very pleasant, making the stay comfortable and welcoming. The interior design was also very much to my taste.
The breakfast selection was excellent, with many protein rich dishes, and I was very satisfied.
One thing I noticed was that there were no hand towels provided in the room, so we had to manage with just one bath towel, which was a bit inconvenient.
Overall I would love to visit again."

AAnonymous UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed for three nights and didn't even leave the hotel once – I simply didn't want to! All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service that made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping was super responsive; any request I had was handled very quickly.
The restaurant service was even more meticulous. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the staff would proactively and kindly ask if I wanted coffee or other drinks, and often, the coffee was even complimentary – such a heartwarming detail. The mangosteens and mangoes at breakfast were unlimited, making it a true 'fruit paradise' – so satisfying! The breakfast selection on Saturday and Sunday was rich and delicious, while Monday's was slightly less impressive, but overall, it was still fantastic. The entire experience was exceptional; I highly recommend this hotel!

You do have to be patient with the slower service, like dishes being served, which is common in the Philippines, but then again, we were there to enjoy a 'slow-paced life.' If you want your room cleaned quickly, you'll need to call the front desk specifically, otherwise, it typically won't be done until after 3 PM.

NNick S.It's a 30-minute Grab ride from the airport. Two-story guest rooms are built around three swimming pools. I really liked that flip-flops were provided in the rooms. The beach is a lagoon, so there are no waves, but the tidal range is quite significant. Most guests are Asian, with many Japanese families and children. The beach can get quite noisy, especially on weekends, as locals and guests from surrounding hotels visit for the day, and groups set up large tents for events. To avoid this, it's a good idea to book a day tour through the hotel or beach tour desk. It gets quiet at night. The seafood at The Cove restaurant was excellent, and I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Amuma Spa was also great. There's a small convenience store and the Maribago Grill restaurant within walking distance, which were also convenient.

GGuest UserThe price is very cheap but the place is very clean, they offer good breakfast (silog meals), staff are all well trained and willing to assist. Guard is very helpful. Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)

View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.
Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.
Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.
wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.
do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

GGuest UserOverall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

GGuest UserI booked for a room with pool view which is more expensive than the rest of the rooms but i was greatly disappointed. We were placed in a room with a roof view and the view of another building! It was a waste of money! We only get to see the roof of something! Never again would i be paying extra money for a pool view when the hotel will not give us such kind of room as advertised. They said they will transfer us to a room with a pool view but it did not happen. We kept on waiting but it did not happen until we gave up.
The receptionist was a little disrespectful and impatient.
Worse still, they do not allow guests who have checked in the hotel to use the pool with inflatable play set and slides. I was mislead into thinking that guests can use the pool with inflatable play set for free. The hotel guests have to pay P600 per person in order for one to be able to use such pool and slides. I guess families with children have been more disappointed than me knowing that they and their kids could not use such pool for free.
So those who will try to book this hotel hoping their kids can enjoy the pool with inflatable play set and slides for free, think again. You will be greatly disappointed because you will only be able to use the ordinary pools.

As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy.
My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi.
To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark.
The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering.
Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out.
My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. She gave us wrong room because i booked mountain view then what we got is a wall, she said the mountain is behind that wall, omg, how come?..but later on she called again and transferred us to another room with mountain view, ok fine. But what dissapoints us more is when she called again and said, that they will get the set of cups from our new room for the reason that we already used the cups on the first room that she gave us, and that makes me mad, is that a big thing? Because of that we never use their cups, instead we buy our own. When we confront her, she’s not apologetic but instead answering us stupidly. Another thing is their flat iron is for rent, 200 pesos every 1 hour of using it. We have many travels abroad and have checked in several hotels, Ist time in history that I encountered a hotel like that only in Cebu
