The parking lot 🅿️ is shared with the mall's garage, and while the hotel has designated spots, you need to speak with the security guard inside. Check-in is on the third floor. The pool and gym are both on the top floor, and there's even a bar by the pool. It wasn't too crowded, and the rooftop offers great photo opportunities 🤳. The only minor drawback is a door in the room which, looking at the floor plan, seems to connect to the next room. Although it can't be opened, if a woman were staying alone, it might feel a bit unsettling 😔.

Everything was well maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. I also appreciated how clean the bathroom and other areas of the room were. You can really tell that the hotel puts effort into maintaining a good standard of cleanliness. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to get around and access nearby places. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What I appreciated most was the overall service. Sometimes a hotel can have beautiful rooms, but it’s the staff and the little details that really make the experience memorable. Here, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Any questions or requests we had were handled politely and efficiently. Overall, I’m very happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. It was a comfortable, pleasant, and stress-free experience from beginning to end. First off, the complimentary club lounge access at NUSTAR is a huge plus. The room condition was excellent, and the butler service was great too. I'd definitely consider staying again.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Cebu City. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious, and the facilities were excellent. The swimming pool on the 7th floor was one of the highlights of our stay—clean, relaxing, and with a beautiful city view. The location is also very convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was very clean and had a wonderful exotic atmosphere, typical of Cebu. Although the beach wasn't very clean, I had originally planned to enjoy the pool and the ambiance, so it wasn't a major issue. However, the path from the front desk to the room and to the pool was sandy, which meant my shoes quickly got covered in sand, and that was a bit of a drawback.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Mactan and were very happy with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in Mactan Newtown, where there are plenty of food options, restaurants, and cafes, all just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the hotel kindly prepared a simple cake for us, which we really appreciated. It was a lovely little touch that made the celebration more special. Another great thing is that guests can enjoy access to the pool and beach in Mactan Newtown, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment throughout my visit. What stood out the most was the excellent service from the staff they were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

the pool wasn't maintain well, it was hazy, blurry water...the aquaplay pool was dirty...water was dirty...seems it wasnt filtered.... the railings were rusted..parts of the hotel was left unmaintained though staffs were friendly and accommodating... I hope they can make up for the things they need to repair.or change... Maybe they should change water in their pools.... Kindda itchy already to the skin

Location wise, this is pefect. You can just take any public transport and you are there when you get off. The staff are very well trained, very nice and very polite. Everything looked very clean and even if the hotel is not that big, they had a badminton/volleball courts. There is enough beach front to walk around. For a Lapu-lapu beach, their beach is clean enough as well. They had plenty of covered lounge couches to enjoy beach front even under the sun. The pool is small but it feels clean. We paid an extra ₱ 500 to get the ”upgrade” for the ocean view and it was our biggest mistake causing us to lose sleep. Apparently, the room assigned to us was part of an adjoining room and the sound insulation was terrible. We can hear everything happening in the other room and unfortunately the couple in the other room were going at it very loudly (the girl was shouting) until around 5 in the morning. We don't recommend the breakfast buffet as well especially if you are paying the extra ₱1,100 for another person. Very few choices, very salty meat dishes and we don't know exactly what caused it but we had a stomachache after breakfast.
