Spa Hotels in Negombo

The hotel is a bit far away from the road and in an inconspicuous location. I took a taxi and found that the address of the hotel was inaccurate. It took me a long time to navigate to it by the hotel name. As a result, the driver said that this place was no longer in Negombo, so he asked for an extra 2,000 pesos. The hotel facilities are old, almost equivalent to the domestic level of 40 to 50 yuan, which is a level that makes one's heart go cold just by looking at it. The service in the hotel was good, with smiles throughout. But eating is very expensive, and the names of the two dishes are very fancy. In fact, the price of domestic fried rice plus service charge and tax totals about 140 yuan. Only thirty in China. All in all, the experience was very bad.

Fully accessible if you have reduced mobility, a quick ride from the airport and full of the hospitality and charm that Sri Lanka is known for. The grounds are beautiful and the food at breakfast was delightful. I particularly liked that there was a giant superstore right opposite the entrance, perfect for picking up things you might have forgotten on your way there or goodies for your trip back. A wonderful experience.

The guesthouse owner greeted us very warmly and fed us a delicious dinner. The room was wonderful! The next morning I had a fever, so the owner gave me some Panadol to take with me on the road. They also helped me buy a power bank because the phone charger in the car wasn't working. Thanks to the owner and his wife! I highly recommend this hotel!

Вилла расположена в районе Негомбо, в 7 минутах пешком до моря, нам достался номер со всеми удобствами и миникухней с холодильником и чайником, горячая вода была всегда (за исключением полдня после ливня), сам номер - очень уютный, с балдахинами от комаров, кучей розеток, вай-фаем (после ливня тоже не очень стабильно работает). Мы на Шри-Ланке первый раз и больше хотели сделать акцент на экскурсионных поездках и… хозяин виллы предложил нам самый оптимальный вариант - индивидуальный трехдневный тур на автомобиле с водителем по всем достопримечательностям, которые мы сами хотели и даже больше (даже на башню Амбулувава отвезли и подгадали приезд поезда на 9-тиарочном мосту и потом путешествие на самом поезде через мост в другую провинцию), с ночевкой в лучших видовых отелях региона! При этом цена была ниже предложений местных турфирм на двухдневные туры. А ещё хозяева организовали нам трансфер из и в аэропорт! Все было четко и без накладок! Общие впечатления - Негомбо некурортный район, море и берег  не самые чистые, но эту виллу в качестве перевалочной базы или как место, откуда можно поехать посмотреть страну однозначно можно рекомендовать! A convenient resort-style hotel. Located in a somewhat remote alley, it's convenient despite its location. Upon check-in, the manager upgraded us to a family room, giving us a larger space – great! We arrived around 7 or 8 pm, and the manager, Mr. Mareen, warmly welcomed us and offered delicious juice 🍹! He was also very attentive to our needs and safety throughout our stay, which was very heartwarming. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old and show signs of wear. Be aware that there was no hairdryer, toiletries, or slippers in the room (although we had our own). The TV was unusable, perhaps because we didn't know how to operate it. Because it's located by the sea, there were a lot of mosquitoes; we spent the whole night swatting them… and perhaps previous guests had brought back too much sand and mud from the beach, as the floors and bathroom mats had some marks. We prefer to walk barefoot, so I honestly think the cleaning could be improved! By the way, the seafood restaurant recommended by the manager was absolutely delicious 😋

Amazing hotel with a lot of care and thought put into the little details. Feels very unique with the suites having a very architectural type feel, example recsess in the bathroom for light features and shelving etc. the door however had an old rusty handle which would fault, locking you in! Had to leave the door open propped by a bin. The pool is beautiful although not as clean as our previous hotel at Heritance Negombo, a few doors up. The power also cut out 10+ times over an hour period. Maybe the switch between solar to grid needs to be upgraded. The single lift is also very old and tiny. Definitely needs an upgrade. Spa was good, breakfast was fairly standard however fresh pancakes were a treat after 2 weeks of eating stale hard ones at other buffets haha

This place truly rejuvenates your body. It's a hotel, but it feels more like a sanctuary where you can cleanse both your body and soul. You wake up at 6 AM for yoga, followed by two and a half hours of Ayurvedic treatments daily, prescribed by a specialist. Evenings are dedicated to meditation. The therapists are excellent. I've had massages in many countries and am quite particular about therapist compatibility. While I did initially have one who wasn't a good fit, I was able to discuss it with the specialist and switch. The staff genuinely cares about our comfort. My 5-night, 6-day stay was enough to experience Ayurveda, but for actual treatment, two weeks would be necessary. I believe a month-long stay would allow for a complete cellular renewal of the body. If I were to ever develop a chronic illness or cancer, I would want to stay here for several months for serious treatment. Even to prevent chronic diseases and cancer, I feel it would be beneficial to come here regularly for a detox. Meals are therapeutic and prepared according to your dosha. Honestly, some Western guests complained about the food during my stay, but it's meant to be therapeutic. It's tailored to your dosha, eliminating foods that don't suit your body, flavored only with spices, and hardly any salt or sugar is used. Despite that, the presentation and taste are truly commendable. Over my 5-night, 6-day stay, I never had the same menu twice for any of the three daily meals. Even the fruit platters were artfully varied. Since no alcohol or coffee is served, it might not be ideal for those looking for a typical resort experience, but for anyone wanting to reset their body and mind, this is the perfect place.

This hotel is our first stop when we arrived in Sri Lanka. It's a pity that our flight arrived at night, so we felt the attentive service when we arrived at the hotel. When we got up the next morning to have breakfast, we were amazed by the large lawn and swimming pool. The environment is really good. It's a pity that we have to leave, otherwise swimming would definitely be a very happy thing 😄

Our stay here was so accommodating with a large room with larger bathroom with everything you need! Great location and such attentive family who make the stay 10/10 experience!
