"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo Our family stayed at Jetwing Sea from 11th June 2026 to 17th June 2026, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Kelum Jayawera (General Manager), whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were evident throughout our stay. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Kushlohko (Manager), Ms. Oshadi (Front Office Executive), Mr. Rumesh (Assistant Housekeeper), Mr. Sakuna (Barman), Mr. Manchonayaka (Senior Barman), and Mr. Prabash (Beverage Service Boy) for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to assist us at every opportunity. They always greeted us with genuine smiles, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were excellent—clean, spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. The food was exceptionally well prepared, fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Every meal was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. The bar team was equally impressive, providing outstanding service with professionalism and warmth. What truly sets Jetwing Sea apart is its people. Every member of the staff treated us like family, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our holiday. "I stayed here for one night. A crucial point to note right away is that there's no air conditioning in the room, which is a significant downside. It was incredibly stuffy; the fan and open windows didn't help, leading to a poor night's sleep. Also, from about 6 AM, it gets noisy due to nature sounds and birds, so I couldn't sleep in completely. Otherwise, everything else was basic: the room is spacious, and the hosts are pleasant. There was no hot water, only cool. In summary: it's an option to consider, but sleeping without AC in hot weather is difficult—something to keep in mind."

"After our flight to Colombo airport, we wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport so we could leave early to Sigiriya by private taxi. This hotel was absolutely perfect for that. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and quite new. There is an elevator as well which is convenient. Price quality is extremely good for this hotel."

"We initially booked for one day, but loved the hotel so much that we extended our stay. Everything was excellent – from the reception and check-in to the pool, beach access, and breakfast. Breakfast had a good variety and was served quickly. There are even squirrels hopping around the hotel! The pool is warm and convenient. There are sun loungers around the pool, and the sun shines directly overhead, perfect for tanning. Beautiful sunsets, and a beach nearby with loungers you can use if you order from the cafe, where you can relax and swim. It's close to the airport, making it ideal for a rest before departure or after arrival. The sea in Negombo was the warmest we experienced during our 3-week stay in Sri Lanka."

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. "I stayed at this hotel for one night. It’s conveniently close to the airport, making it easy to reach in about 30 minutes. If you’re looking to enjoy a lagoon view, this is one of the best options. The breakfast was excellent, featuring both traditional and Western dishes. They also offer a late checkout option at an hourly rate of approximately $5 USD per hour."

"Остановились в этом месте для небольшой передышки после долгой дороги на Шри-Ланку , день отоспались и осмотрелись в округе . Хозяин всячески нам помог выбрать , где взять в аренду машину,  порекомендовал место где можно вкусно поужинать . Очень учтивый доброжелательный , отзывчивый"

"We had a lovely room on the facing the beach The bathroom was big and had a tub and shower. The bathroom amenities were also good. The room was huge but the AC was a little cold and it was hard to adjust. breakfast was ok had a few different things but not a huge range. Didn't use the pool looked a little small."

"I stayed here for a few day prior to a tour starting. The room was spacious and I had a nice view of the beach/pool area. The hotel is very well kept and was in a good location, within walkable distance to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The beach bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and pool attendant were extremely friendly. The food at breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. It was very relaxing couple of days which was exactly what I was after. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"It was more than 9 pm in Colombo, and I was looking for a moderate hotel near Negombo for one night. From the airport to the hotel is called Uber, which takes about 20 minutes to arrive. The hotel is in a small alley, about 4 floors, no elevator. The unique environment of the beach is a bit damp, and the same is true in the room. There is a small balcony, and it is quite comfortable to sit up in the morning. Breakfast is still ok, you can eat it. Walk to the beach for about 10 minutes. There are many dogs on the road. Don't mess with it."
