"I upgraded to the Deluxe suite, which was very clean and spacious, making it ideal for a couple or more than one person. The staff, as always, was friendly, providing helpful information, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The only downside was that, because I stayed in a balcony room, the black birds living on the beach were somewhat annoying 😂. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"Close to Colombo Airport, it's a good choice for a transit hotel. The service is warm and attentive, but the only downside is that the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes, so I ended up taking a cold shower. There's a supermarket right across the road from the hotel, which was convenient for stocking up on supplies."

"We had a wonderful stay at Solar Airport Hotel. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and delicious  that suit in different tastes. We also enjoyed the food served during our stay, which was consistently flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. "We stayed at the hotel for one night before flying from Colombo to Russia. And it was the perfect choice! We were impressed with its friendliness, cleanliness, beautiful, cozy lounge areas, and spacious rooms! It's a great choice for a pre- or post-flight getaway! We were greeted from the very beginning upon arrival, our luggage was taken, and we were escorted to check-in. While we waited for our keys, we were given cold towels to cool down with and refreshments. It was the first time we'd encountered cold towels—just what we needed, as it was incredibly hot! We were upgraded to a Superior Room with a complimentary room view, which was very nice. Location: The hotel is 15 minutes from CMB International Airport. This is a definite plus, because the next morning we called a taxi and were at the airport in just 15 minutes. It's not on the ocean, but it's located next to a beautiful lagoon—the view is stunning! The ocean is an 8-12-minute drive away, and the same distance to a street with shops, cafes, and bars. Rooms: spacious, clean, with a wonderful balcony for the whole group! I'd call the shower a tropical downpour because of the incredible pressure! It has everything you need for comfort. A refrigerator is the only thing missing in the rooms. Amenities: The hotel has a pool, a restaurant, and a rooftop bar—everything you need. Food: We didn't include breakfast in our rooms because the Sasha food court was nearby, where you can eat for half the price. But we did have dinner on the day of our arrival at the restaurant, at tables on the shore of the lagoon—it was amazing! The view is like being in a fancy restaurant. The prices aren't exorbitant, but the quality of the food is average. The food is worse than in Viligama. The pizza tasted like it came straight from a ribbon, the steaks were a bit dry, and the seafood was a bit underwhelming. 😏 But we've already been spoiled by the good food in Weligama. Overall, the restaurant is perfect for a snack and cocktails with a great sunset view! The service: simply wonderful! Like a hotel in the Maldives)) They bring everything, help everyone, and don't even let you bring anything to the table yourself—they do everything for you. It was a real hit! Conclusion: this is a wonderful hotel for a getaway before or after a flight! A couple of days here is a great option."

"Остановились в этом месте для небольшой передышки после долгой дороги на Шри-Ланку , день отоспались и осмотрелись в округе . Хозяин всячески нам помог выбрать , где взять в аренду машину,  порекомендовал место где можно вкусно поужинать . Очень учтивый доброжелательный , отзывчивый"

"Jetwing Beach is lovely hotel. Right on the beach, good spacious rooms, with everything you need, very clean and good AC. Rooms over look the pool and beach which is nice to wake up to every morning. The staff are a credit to the hotel with fantastic service from house keeping to reception to pool attendants. Could not fault it. Food and Drinks are excellent too, try the Terrace Bar for cocktails you won’t be disappointed. Food is good value at the Beach / Pool Bar too Would definitely recommend this hotel if your coming to Negombo"

"Выбрали это местечко так как было рядом с аэропортом и много не ждали. Остались на 2 ночи, и реальность превзошла все ожидания! В номере есть все необходимое , туалетная бумага (почитала отзывы и похоже это не распространено) и мыло. Есть горячая вода , кондиционер , вентилятор на потолке. В номере ЧИСТО. В доме тоже. Полотенца 4шт на 2-х гостей + в ванной комнате было. В общем , всем хватило ☺️🙏 Хозяева - чудесные люди . Заехали позднее чем заселение , но нас встретили все объяснили и показали , не смотря на поздний час. Как по мне, это очень то клиентоориентированно (тут многие доброжелательные, на контрасте это сильно бросается в глаза😅) Приготовили вкусный завтрак! Были свежие фрукты (банан и папайя), сок,чай,тосты, масло,джем, местные блины и на второй день еще местные блины (есть название,но мне оно еще не известно) и еще местное блюдо ,но было достаточно) И самое крутое что можно отметить - завтрак на крыше 😍 только просыпающийся район, красота 😍😍😍 Нам хватило 2-х дней что бы изучить окрестности и отправиться далее в путешествие. Большое спасибо за теплый прием ❤️🫶 Можете не сомневаться при бронировании , место действительно хорошее. Сделала мало фото до заселения , но когда вспоминала делала их)"

"This place truly rejuvenates your body. It's a hotel, but it feels more like a sanctuary where you can cleanse both your body and soul. You wake up at 6 AM for yoga, followed by two and a half hours of Ayurvedic treatments daily, prescribed by a specialist. Evenings are dedicated to meditation. The therapists are excellent. I've had massages in many countries and am quite particular about therapist compatibility. While I did initially have one who wasn't a good fit, I was able to discuss it with the specialist and switch. The staff genuinely cares about our comfort. My 5-night, 6-day stay was enough to experience Ayurveda, but for actual treatment, two weeks would be necessary. I believe a month-long stay would allow for a complete cellular renewal of the body. If I were to ever develop a chronic illness or cancer, I would want to stay here for several months for serious treatment. Even to prevent chronic diseases and cancer, I feel it would be beneficial to come here regularly for a detox. Meals are therapeutic and prepared according to your dosha. Honestly, some Western guests complained about the food during my stay, but it's meant to be therapeutic. It's tailored to your dosha, eliminating foods that don't suit your body, flavored only with spices, and hardly any salt or sugar is used. Despite that, the presentation and taste are truly commendable. Over my 5-night, 6-day stay, I never had the same menu twice for any of the three daily meals. Even the fruit platters were artfully varied. Since no alcohol or coffee is served, it might not be ideal for those looking for a typical resort experience, but for anyone wanting to reset their body and mind, this is the perfect place."
