AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a bit far away from the road and in an inconspicuous location. I took a taxi and found that the address of the hotel was inaccurate. It took me a long time to navigate to it by the hotel name. As a result, the driver said that this place was no longer in Negombo, so he asked for an extra 2,000 pesos. The hotel facilities are old, almost equivalent to the domestic level of 40 to 50 yuan, which is a level that makes one's heart go cold just by looking at it. The service in the hotel was good, with smiles throughout. But eating is very expensive, and the names of the two dishes are very fancy. In fact, the price of domestic fried rice plus service charge and tax totals about 140 yuan. Only thirty in China. All in all, the experience was very bad.

GGuest UserIt suited its purpose to be close to the airport, but otherwise there is not much to do in the area neither in the hotel. I would not stay longer than necessary. The hotels facilities are basic, rooms a bit outdated, though gym is quite good. Pool is nice and breakfast tasty and good variety

УУльяна М.Not a bad hotel, when after the flight you want to take a breather and not start off right away, I mean, around the island) We got there in the off-season, there were few guests, so the rented tuk-tuk fit into the small parking lot without problems. Friendly staff with a welcome drink and adapters for sockets for your charger, the room almost)) with a view. There is an exit to the sea, although I'm not sure that it is comfortable to swim there, but the sunsets are gorgeous ;) The pool was very useful. Keep in mind that there is no infrastructure nearby, not wanting to have dinner at the hotel, we went in search and looked for at least something for quite a long time. Perhaps it was necessary not to drive around the neighborhood, but to give the local chef a chance, since the breakfast was quite simple, but tasty

GGuest UserA convenient resort-style hotel. Located in a somewhat remote alley, it's convenient despite its location. Upon check-in, the manager upgraded us to a family room, giving us a larger space – great! We arrived around 7 or 8 pm, and the manager, Mr. Mareen, warmly welcomed us and offered delicious juice 🍹! He was also very attentive to our needs and safety throughout our stay, which was very heartwarming.
However, the hotel facilities are a bit old and show signs of wear. Be aware that there was no hairdryer, toiletries, or slippers in the room (although we had our own). The TV was unusable, perhaps because we didn't know how to operate it.
Because it's located by the sea, there were a lot of mosquitoes; we spent the whole night swatting them… and perhaps previous guests had brought back too much sand and mud from the beach, as the floors and bathroom mats had some marks. We prefer to walk barefoot, so I honestly think the cleaning could be improved!
By the way, the seafood restaurant recommended by the manager was absolutely delicious 😋

This inn is close to the airport and offers easy access. The hotel and rooms are clean, modern, and stylish. You can relax in a quiet, peaceful environment.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, despite the reasonable price. There is plenty of hot water, and towels are provided. The lighting is a little dim, but this contributes to the relaxing atmosphere. It's a little too dim for a single person, so it's perfect for two.
Eating is prohibited in the rooms, and cleanliness is maintained at the utmost. When I got my henna tattoo, the owner made sure the henna had dried. I guess he was worried about getting the room dirty, lol. It's clear that the owner is a very neat freak, and he carefully manages the entire facility. There's also a tourist cafe about a three-minute walk away, so overall, this is a safe and recommended inn.

MMishel91Check in fast but when we got to the room it was not what we booked. So we had to wait till the preped the actual room we booked. However, they gave us free cocktails while we waited so it was good for the room mishap. When we got the actual room we booked it was great. The bathtub was the best we had in Sri Lanka. Only down fall the dinner buffet was very bad given the hotel Jetwing brand and breakfast buffet was so so. Hotel is by the beach and close to the airport.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great beachfront location with a decent size pool and plenty of restaurants to explore by foot. I ate dinner in-house once which was good and arrived quickly. The room I had booked was fan-only and fine for me. Breakfast was great and staff went out of their way to fulfill my expectations. I received a kettle as I stayed 8 nights and wanted to drink tea on my balcony. The most notable aspect really is the friendliness of the entire team. Everyone is really genuinely pleasant and made me feel at home.

Initially the hotel had made a mistake. My parents were one hour late to check in. Still there was a person in their room. The hotel had given my parents a different room for one hour. As a compensation for the trouble, they gave a suite for the last night of my parents’ staying.
In Trip.com, this hotel is a 4 star hotel. But the staff say it is a 3 star hotel. Service, cleanliness and amenities match a 3 star hotel as well but not the price.

GGuest UserComplimentary airport pickup is the best which are offering which takes away all jitters we as a travelers have especially when traveling for the first time that place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was going stay for only one night in this hotel but extended for one for night after this good experience.
