When we arrived, the hotel had a problem with the room. However, they moved us free of charge to a nearby hotel owned by the same person, and everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were impressively spacious, giving plenty of comfort and relaxation. Another big plus is the location—it’s conveniently close to both the airport and the beach, which made getting around so easy. Overall, it’s a great place to stay whether you’re traveling for leisure or just need a comfortable stopover. Highly recommended!

I went here with my wife and family friends.. It has a beautiful environment.The fool is quite small but clean. This place is perfect for enjoying with friends. Overall, it can be said that it is a very good place.i can recommended it... You can also try this place ❤

We took this property through AirBNB mainly because it was near the airport and since we landed at midnight with 9 pax, we needed a place to stay within a short distance. Host was very accommodative, nevertheless there's quite a substantial room for improvement. AC was poor, light switches were confusing, water heater wasn't functioning and lots of mosquitoes. Since we just stayed a nite, we didn't make a big fuss about it. Breakfast was good, decent western. Overall I would say good for a stop over night not for a real holiday stay!

The hotel has a rustic charm. I loved the graffiti walls , the lovely pool, cosy rooms, great garden and the delightful presentation of food platter. The host is super friendly. We missed to graffiti the wall :( If the Host reads this, can you please make a scribble ' Love from India - Aarush, Kalpana and DhanRaj' for our visit ＜3

We had a wonderful stay! The family who hosted us were lovely (Chuck Norris thanks you!). We stayed for two weeks and it was a very pleasant time. Close to the Dutch canal and the sea. The pool and breakfast were perfect 👌 5-10 minute walk to the beach

The room was very different from the published photos (dirty sheets, hair in the tub, mold on the shower gaskets, air conditioning that leaked water and did not cool the room, ants in the shower). The staff was also not very helpful right from the start. Even though we had reported the situation (previously reported), only at the end of the holiday they offered us a room change, it seemed like a joke to me. In conclusion I can say that it was the worst stay of the 3 weeks spent in Sri Lanka. I do not recommend it both for the situation of the rooms and for the staff and the excessive price.
