Jetwing Sea

Very friendly staff. It was just an OK stay. The room was a bit run down, common areas were very nice though. The ceiling fan was very noisy because it wasn't really mounted well. It did have a nice restaurant and spa facilities. Two pools were great and the clean beach access was the best. Having a gym was a pleasant surprise. There was a block wide power outage due to power line upgrade and I was grateful they had a generator to keep things going for 8+hours of having no power elsewhere. I personally probably would not want to stay here again.

Thank you for the lovely stay, especially after we have just arrived in Sri Lanka. Thank you for the prompt check-in so that we could rest for the night. Waking up to the sight of the sand & sea from our room balcony was a perk-me-up. Thank you.

I upgraded to the Deluxe suite, which was very clean and spacious, making it ideal for a couple or more than one person. The staff, as always, was friendly, providing helpful information, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The only downside was that, because I stayed in a balcony room, the black birds living on the beach were somewhat annoying 😂. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Lovely hotel a short distance from the airport - nice place to relax after a long flight. Has a great pool, is right on the beach, and has a well stocked gym as well. The staff were very friendly, there is a beach bar which does nice drinks, and our stay was very reasonably priced for the quality of the stay. I’d recommend going to Jude’s restaurant nearby for dinner.

Initially I booked a room and suddenly my mom joined us and wanted an extra bed(we said can pay extra for it) but they forced me to make another room booking.The facilities are not so great for the money and toilet cleanness are bad.

The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Kushlohko (Manager), Ms. Oshadi (Front Office Executive), Mr. Rumesh (Assistant Housekeeper), Mr. Sakuna (Barman), Mr. Manchonayaka (Senior Barman), and Mr. Prabash (Beverage Service Boy) for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to assist us at every opportunity. They always greeted us with genuine smiles, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were excellent—clean, spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. The food was exceptionally well prepared, fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Every meal was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. The bar team was equally impressive, providing outstanding service with professionalism and warmth. What truly sets Jetwing Sea apart is its people. Every member of the staff treated us like family, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our holiday. Their friendliness, courtesy, and genuine hospitality transformed a wonderful hotel stay into an unforgettable experience.
