We are very happy with our choice! The mattresses are high-quality, we slept wonderfully after a long trip to Sri-Lanka. The terrace is simply our favorite spot!
Special thanks to the host for handling a non-standard situation: we originally booked 2 nights, but after the first night, our plans changed. We wanted to explore further into the island and then return to the same hotel 10 days later. The host was very accommodating: he seamlessly split our booking into two parts (the first night and the later night), which was extremely convenient and cost-effective for us. Moreover, he gave us excellent advice on the travel route around the island.
What can be improved: neighbour's dog was a little bit noisy in the evening.
We greatly appreciate the flexibility and hospitality! I definitely recommend this place.

SStace79Great place to stay. Staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was good. Room size was spacious and it was great to have a choice of AC or calling fan. Great to having a working smart TB too. Choice of minibar options was perfect and at reasonable cost. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

GGuest UserFully accessible if you have reduced mobility, a quick ride from the airport and full of the hospitality and charm that Sri Lanka is known for. The grounds are beautiful and the food at breakfast was delightful.
I particularly liked that there was a giant superstore right opposite the entrance, perfect for picking up things you might have forgotten on your way there or goodies for your trip back.
A wonderful experience.

GGuest UserIt suited its purpose to be close to the airport, but otherwise there is not much to do in the area neither in the hotel. I would not stay longer than necessary. The hotels facilities are basic, rooms a bit outdated, though gym is quite good. Pool is nice and breakfast tasty and good variety

GGuest UserWe initially booked this hotel for just one night before continuing our journey through Sri Lanka, but as soon as we stepped into the room, we immediately extended our stay for another night! đ
We're traveling as a family with a 2-year-old child, so comfort and convenience are especially important to us. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and check-in was quick and smooth before we were shown to our room. From the first moment, it was clearâthey truly care about their guests here.
The room turned out to be incredibly cozy and spacious: two separate bedrooms, and a private kitchen with a refrigeratorâperfect for traveling with a toddler. The room has absolutely everything you need: toiletries, dishes, frying pans, a pot, and cutlery. We particularly appreciate the four air conditioners, which kept the room perfectly cool and comfortable on a hot day.
We had been traveling for a week and had accumulated a lot of laundry. The hotel staff kindly offered to wash our clothes for free, right there at the hotel. And when a drying issue arose, they quickly bought a floor drying rack for us, also completely free of charge! This level of care and customer focus is truly rare.
A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome, assistance, and attention to detail! We will definitely be back on our way home â€ïž

The staff was very kind even though I arrived in the middle of the night.
It was a very short stay, but the price was reasonable and large, and the room and bathroom were very beautiful.
I am satisfied. I want to use it again.

BBearskyloveA very pleasant trip! Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Since it was our honeymoon, they even gave us a small cake! The room was spacious, though the furniture was a bit dated, but the view was fantastic, directly facing the infinity pool and the beach. In the mornings, you can go to the beach to watch fishing; there are so many seagulls and crows, and even dogs! If I ever stay here again, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

TTraveling TanI stayed in this hotel for a week. Itâs only been open for 5 months and at first appearance it looks good, but taking a closer look itâs still being built and repaired. There are still cables jutting out of the wall and ceiling. Although the kitchen is featured in the photos of the room, it has no tap, the cupboards are sealed. I raised some of my concerns when I arrived with the general manager when he asked me questions about my stay and he seemed blasĂ© about addressing it. Based on what was paid, this hotel is overpriced. There are still cement stairways and drilling taking place during the day. The WiFi is awful, they finally installed a router in my room which took the week to do and it only worked on the day of my departure. The best part of the hotel is some staff members who will go out of their way to help, special mention to Jazz. They have a great pool on the roof. Until itâs fully built I wouldnât recommend staying here!
