Spa Hotels in Bandung City

Booked via trip was the best choice. Overall, we had a good experience. We booked three rooms, and everything was great except for the check-in process. The only disappointing part was that our rooms still weren’t ready until 3:45 PM. We understand the hotel was dealing with back-to-back bookings, but honestly, that’s not the guest’s responsibility. At the very least, some kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. Another downside was the female barista at Inspira Roaster. She was incredibly unfriendly. Maybe she thinks being good-looking is enough to make up for terrible customer service. It isn’t. Our family spent quite a lot there, we paid 3 separate times and never ordered just one itemc so the attitude was really disappointing. We visited between 10 AM and 12 PM on June 29. She handled our payment once when we ordered 1 sweet ice tea and 1 iced latte. Please provide better customer service training TO HER, as it really affects our experience.

I had another wonderful stay at Hilton Bandung. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The hotel is consistently well-maintained, and the housekeeping standards are excellent. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international options. As a Hilton Gold member, I always feel welcomed and appreciated, which makes each stay even more enjoyable. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly throughout my visit, providing excellent service with a smile. Overall, Hilton Bandung continues to be one of my preferred hotels in Bandung, offering a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning again.

I went to Bandung with my friends and booked this hotel within less than 1 week ahead. Before booking, I did a short research about the best located hotel to the places that we were planning to go to. Since this hotel is located near Braga area, there are so many viral places and cafes that we planned to go to. (approximate time spent by online taxi) - 10 mins to The Deli Bakes Pudak, Prima Rasa - 11 mins to Theo’s Wife Lois, BAGELICIOUS - 15 mins to Tji Laki 9 And the most important thing → only 8 minutes ride from Stasiun Bandung (by Woosh from Halim → Padalarang; then move to feeder train to Stasiun Bandung). So, we don’t need to go too early from the hotel. Service wise, the staff was so helpful, from the check in time, luggage storage and even during the breakfast time. We gladly spent our time at Crowne Plaza Bandung. Thank you for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hospitality 🙏🏻

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

It was my baby first ever vacation and pullman grand central bandung teams made my stay very memmorable. Would def be back to this hotel. They prepared baby crib and cot for my bany. What a pleasant stay!

Harris Festival Citilink is always on my list for a bandung business trip, the room is very comfortable with smart tv and the breakfast is amazing with all the variants, even the soup has 3 different kinds of soto. I will always be happy to stay at Harris

I had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

Facilities: Decent Cleanliness: Acceptable Environment: Alright. The location is about 20 minutes from the high-speed rail station and half an hour from the city center, so it's quite convenient for getting around with good transportation access. Service: Still very enthusiastic

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.
