We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung. The location is excellent—very strategic and close to Braga Street, restaurants, and many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The service was outstanding. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing family stay. One of the highlights was definitely the food. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and we really enjoyed every meal. A special thank you to the team for the complimentary slices of cake to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful surprise, and we truly appreciate the kind gesture. It made our celebration even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose Crowne Plaza Bandung again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for food hunters and relaxation lovers — plenty of good eats and spas nearby. Cozy room with good vibes, an ideal place to unwind after a tiring day of walking.

The hotel is probably in old style hotel but the room was huge and the services are good. The room service was quick even though the hotel looks full. The extra bed also comfy. In addition to that, i just wanted to praise the hotel breakfast team. The breakfast was superb, wide range of food , the pastry is good, the western also delicious. Overall we satisfied with the hotel.

Room is quite reasonable with a big and comfortable double bed. However, the bathroom toilet is quite limited with a tiny shower place separated by the glass door. Facilities included a small swimming pool downstairs which is good to relax. Water dispensers along the corridor provides drinking water, a plus! Hotel is immediately next to the shopping mall Citylink and many good restaurants around, so eating is not an issue at all.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

It is a good location for sightseeing in Bandung city, as the Bandung Conference Memorial Hall and Asia-Africa Street are within a 5-minute walk. The room I stayed in was spacious and nice, but it didn't look like the room in the original photo and it seemed worse than that room. The advertisement photo shows the window on the left, but the window in the room I stayed in was on the right.
